Finished Forgotten Anne, took 30 hours. Beautiful and charming game. The platforming became a minor chore near the end. The world however was enchanting. Its a really unique and poignant world made more real by your final choice. I'd really recommend this as an adventure game with light platformer elements.
I forgot about that. I'll try it tonight. Thanks, GG.The Wii remote I have has motion+ built in. I bet my sensor bar is dusty too.
Red Steel 2 was vastly superior. I'm looking forward to playing it again if I can get the lag reduced.
I tried your suggestions, guys, and my Wii's pointer controls are much better now. Feels more like it did in 2006. Been too long since I setup a Wii.
Got my Burnout Licence, saw the credits.
Burnout Paradise, I like it a lot, but it does get a bit repetitive. Sometimes it feels like you're doing the same thing over and over but the base experience is always fun.
Great. I remember if I left my wii unused for a long time some weird sticky residue builds up on the end of the IR remote and the IR sensor bar too. Still hilarious to close the curtains and sit in the dark to stop sunlight messing up FPS. Or worrying about reflections from glass tables.
Any of you other old guys play this? I logged probably hundreds of hours on this game in the 90's
Tried out some more Wii games with Mclassic. It seems the better the graphics of the original game, the cleaner the picture. No More Heroes 1 looked like dog crap, NMH2 looked great. Dead Space Extraction looked really good, like an HD remaster. Donkey Kong returns looked decent in 4:3 mode but it plays in letterbox format that way. In normal mode it looked kinda okay. Skyward Sword looked bleh, playable but bleh. I'm a bit reticent as to what to do at this point. I can literally see myself ditching half my collection if there's no decent way to play them anymore. I was going to get a 1080p monitor, a retrotink, hook up all my old consoles. But if I spent all that money, hooked everything up and then turned on an old classic to play I'd have this anticipation of it looking great and being playable. When it could still look like junk.
I haven't booted up Fallout 4 yet but will after Doom Eternal and Quake.
Speaking of Quake, it has Quake 64 available as a free add-on. Never thought I'd be playing Quake 64 again. Neat novelty.
Happy Birthday there young whipper snapper. Youβre a whole two years my junior.
Yeah played some Doom Eternal myself earlier this year. Things can get quite intense in that game but I was really enjoying it. Need to get back to it someday.
I want to say that I did play a bit of it but honestly not entirely sure. I probably did rent it back in the day but played it only very briefly.
