It is glorious. Word to the wise, play on casual (same difficulty, just infinite lives instead of 3) as there is no change in gameplay difficulty -- it's just as fun and challenging.
Since we are reminiscing about console launches and Mario 64 is back in the news, I think now would be the Perfect time for GG to retell his story about Miyamoto.

You know, I don't I think they overpaid. If anything, history has shown us that Minecraft was a steal.
The Elderscrolls IP is probably worth half that. Skyrim alone has sold over 30 million copies. Their own as many merchandising opportunities available like there are for Minecraft, but in this day and age would anyone here be shocked to see a Skyrim movie or Netflix series announced in the next couple years?
Sunshine looks amazing at 1080p widescreen. The wider view makes navigating the levels easier too. It's too bad motion controls aren't an option for aiming FLUDD, though.

MIYAMOTO and Aonuma came to London for Wind Waker launch. When they opened the doors we all rushed to the basement. I slipped and smashed into a CD stand. CDs went flying everywhere, a stunned security guard just looked shocked. I ran onto the basement, joining a crew where we waited for 3 more hours. He signed my N64 Mario 64 which I later sold for £50. I passed him a note detailing everything I felt was wrong with Nintendo. I think he read it... I must have influenced him directly, right??
With all this SMS talk I feel like just playing the original. I still have my GC hooked up, but I'd have to rummage around a bit to find the correct memory card.

I fully agree. It's a lotta money though, that's my only point. Makes even more sense when you thin kof Gamepass and the Netflixification of gaming (think Disney +). MS is smart to lock up as many licences as they can, this is only going to get more expensive.

That is what I was thinking.Microsoft and Bethesda both said that Bethesda will still self publish their games.
They also said the games will be coming to Xbox family of consoles, PC and additional consoles on a case by case basis.
I think they want people to get Gamepass on Xbox and PC.
