When is it? That should tell you my excitement.
I don't get as hyped up as I used to....doesn't seem like there's ever any big surprises anymore. But I'll be checking shit out for sure.
Xbox E3 survey mentions Nintendo SNES Classic Edition
Microsoft planning an Original XBOX Mini Edition, complete with Mini Duke controllers.
I'd buy it.
I always get hyped for E3 so yeah I'm excited. Whether there be any surprises or not I just like seeing all the cool gameplay videos and cinematic trailers, as well as any new hardware.
I haven't really been paying attention much about E3 this year but when it gets closer I would be excited.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
With all these fighting games coming out lately I'm really hoping to see a new Dead or Alive and new Soul Calibur get announced. Would also really love a new Darkstalkers game but I'm not too hopeful on that one right now.
Yeah not much for me. Nintendo's lack of a show and an overabundance of games that are several years away from release have made it much less of a must-see event for me. I'll be very content to read through the end of the day recaps, but it definitely does not have the same feel to me that it did 5 years ago or so.
I know what you mean I haven't really been following video games lately. I got into comics, movies, and TV shows.
I have been watching E3 since 2002 or 2003 but it isn't that interesting anymore.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
That Darkstalkers 3 port that Capcom released a few years ago utterly tanked if I recall. Not sure if it was enough to completely kill the series, but it definitely did not help the cause.
Yeah I don't see a new game in the series any time in the near future sadly.
Old levels remixed. And new levels.
So $20 a year for online starting in 2018. So we get to play for free until nintendo decides to charge us. They changed the classic collection, it will be a service with a growing library.
€20 I'd be willing to pay. Or perhaps it'd be more correct to say 'I wouldn't be bothered to pay €20 a year'.
Thanks to Hori's officially licensed chat headphones, Switch gamers will be able to enjoy the never-before seen luxury of having both in game audio AND their chat audio booming from the same set of headphones. What a glorious modern age we live in. This setup will require a special device that allows you to hook it up with an audio jack to both the switch and your mobile phone.
And to top it off, the headphone is a replica of a bit of gear in Splatoon2.
Seriously, shit like this makes me want to edit my above post.
Edit: and what also irks me is that there's a very high chance that Winphones won't get the app in the first place. No matter how crappy it is, it's even worse if you're outright denied it.
Any ever use this site here?

Seems legit...I just discovered it the other day. They seem to have great deals on games and subscription cards for every platform out there.
Only NES games? What kind of shit is that? I don't really care to have online play added to old ass games...at least before the N64 era. I just want the majority of classic games AVAILABLE to download and so far, all these companies are sucking major ass in this category. Sony has ZERO PS1 games on the PS4 and only about 50 PS2 games...no PS3 games unless you use their lame ass NOW service. Microsoft has ZERO original Xbox games on the Xbone. And Nintendo's classics have sucked since the Wii.
They are legit and they have crazy prices.
Nintendo's online sucks ass. They are on their third generation system now were online has been prevalent and this is what they offer? We have to go through a third party device for online chat and matchmaking with friends. Why does Nintendo always have to make things so frustrating and needlessly complicated in this area? At least it's only $20 although it'll probably be $25 - $30 here in Canada. I imagine we'll get what we pay for with this service.
Going the more Netflix style in offering games to play is cool I guess however for me I'd rather just buy the games that I'm already interested in anyway so I'm not reliant on the service to play them. Hopefully we can still just have the option to outright buy them on the VC.
Anyway there's only a scant few games of theirs that I'll want to play online anyway. Mario Kart, Smash Bros., and Monster Hunter are about it.
No, haven't used them although I prefer to get my games on physical format anyway.
Skimming through Amazon's games page...it's getting embarrassing how badly Sony is killing it in the exclusives area. Not only does Sony have more 1st-party stuff than they had last gen, but the PS4 is also starting to get those really good, unique Japanese 3rd-party games that they usually get but it didn't seem like the PS3 was as strong with in this area as PS systems normally are, because many of them went to the Wii. Plus, Sony has all the typical multi-plats which are using PS4 as the base format. Microsoft on the other hand has really, REALLY dropped the ball this gen on exclusives. I really couldn't recommend to anyone at this point to go Xbox over Playstation.
MS really needs to change things quick in the must-have exclusives area if they want to compete. Scorpio is a great machine but what's the point in it's all about multi-plats.
It's good for xbox live cards too, or any of them.
