Opened Switch code points to X1 revision?
Arstechnica - But this "A2" designation, unlike the "A1" printed on existing X1 chips, could mean we're getting a significant change to the design.

So I'm reading these switch previews. It sounds great, everyone's say so it's the bet hardware Nintendo made, feels modern. Everything runs fast. Bad thing are issues with syncing and the joy cons. Also the screen isn't hard to see in daylight. Oh and no games except zelda were sent for reviews, not even 1,2 switch. Yikes.

That poster looks very cool.
It's better than the Snes was for its time? These people are smoking crack.
Who is this chick from IGN? I want to make sweet love to her.

Shibata is saying Xenoblade 2 comes out this year
The problems with the screen in the daylight lead me to believe that there is going to be at least one revision for this. I think I'm glad I held off on purchasing it.

Please makes games for us.....
No doubt about it. I personally don't really care about that issue because I would never use this outside anyway, but I can totally see new versions of the system after a year if it sells well enough to get them to focus on it. One with a better battery, that uses less power, possibly a better dock etc. For me it's going to sit in the dock next to my TV until nothing is being made for it, so sunlight and charge life have no effect on me. The only thing that does is the staggered launch bullshit that they do preventing me from buying the fucker in the first place.
I'd be shocked if Xenoblade Switch came out this year. Those kinds of games take a long time to make and then translate, and that trailer looked like they literally just started working on it...I mean it didn't even look as good as the Wii game graphically. If they can even squeeze it out in Japan by December 31st and have it be a top quality product I'll go fuck the hot Asian girl from the Nintendo Treehouse channel.
It's always the goddamn node fabrication process.
I watched the GameXplain video on the de-syncing joycons - it doesn't de-sync it's signal interference and it only seemed to happen when you completely blocked the side tha attaches to the Switch. My phones Bluetooth is patchy when I put it the wrong way into my pocket or bag for instance.
I presume joycon interference doesn't happen when attached to the grip - it can't right? Otherwise it would be un-useable. So my thinking is that Andre (in the video) was using the joycons off the grip and wasn't using the wrist strap. The wrist strap clamps down on the side where the interference is happening. So assuming it's empty plastic, it should minimise any interference when using it?
I'll be testing that out next week.
Snipperclips is a North American Launch title.
That game looks really fun.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I think I'm going to wait for a bit before I get the Switch now just to see how this whole joycon desynching turns out and see if any future revisions of the Switch get rumoured.
The question now is do I pick up the Wii U version of Breath of The Wild because I'll certainly get the Switch version later on but I really want to play it now.
