Bought an eShop card for €15.  Entered the code today and I get a message that it doesn't get recognized as a valid code.    Bummer.  Not sure what to do now...

I feel a sudden urge to replay Killer7.  I never did beat that game, didn't even make it to the Villa Savoye.

Supposedly there's now a win 10 driver for my sound card, the Asus Phoebus, that gets it working on the OS. But, it removes Dolby Digital Live support. The fuck? Why the hell would I want to do this if it limits what I have now? This is why I went back to Win 7 after trying Win 10....my sound was fucked.

Win 10 was nice otherwise but my sound is important to me. I don't want to spend money on another sound card, and the onboard audio on my system isn't anywhere near as good for music. The phoebus is AMAZING for music which is the best thing about it. Not sure what to do. I know if I stick with Win 7, sooner or later I'm going to be forced to upgrade anyway.

Seriously though BLOPs 2 has Goldeneye like stuff like controlling robotic spiders and even that whole yacht level was near identical to the worst level in Goldeneye Wii, the club level. Just made me want to play Goldeneye. COD is such a scripted dumb FPS experience, it's so backwards and yet the masses eat it up. I paid about the price of a burger for it, so I can't complain. And I'd rather play a middling FPS with IR than a good FPS without it.
