It's by Shinen, the guys I keep putting in the updates about tech and the Wii U. They are hardcore German coders, 5 people who code to the metal and pride themselves in getting the best out of a system. Their best game is Art of Balance IMO, most of their other games are 8/10 games being generous but usually with great visuals for the system they are on. Fast Racing Neo is a sequel to the Wii game, you can still get a demo on the Wii shop channel.
