Videogamer Evolve Review 6/10
Evolve should have been great. It isn't. Worse still is that its core idea feels as if it has been undermined by over-complication and, more disappointingly, the worst practices of modern publishing.videogamer.com impressions gamingeek

Oh here's a fun fact. The assistant principal of my daughter's highschool was arrested for soliciting prostitutes. I bet he got the money for it by selling amiibos. The guy was trying to buy two for a threesome, and school Admins don't make threesome money.
Seems like every time there a midnight release, I am sick. Tonight is no exception. Had the flu since Saturday. Feeling mostly better now, but still feel pretty beaten up... I know this sounds stupid, but I am still incredibly tempted to go get my N3DS tonight... Hnnnnngggghhhhh!!!

While I don't think its as good as FF13 or the spinoff, it does have elements I like more than those games, especially the completely open world. This is cool because it shows they decided to go the Xenoblade route before FF15 releases. The game borrows heavily from Xenoblade's open world system as well as the timed quests of Majora's Mask, though its not as good as either of those games.
The main problem with this game is it loses Final Fantasy's trademark; Its strength in great characters that you care about. Even characters you may have liked in FF13 are very blah here. The side quests have a tendancy to drag, and the main story feels like something is missing. Even still, the combat system and great environments make it worth playing. I'm about 70% done and right now its about an 8/10 game.

I don't think my 3DS can digitally grow a nub...
Do I need the nub 3DS to play Majora?
Try rubbing it.
You can even blow on it!
...and then there's this...
No nub needed.
Oh sure, kick a man when he's down.
