As much as I am "against the man", the grand jury had more evidence than any of us. And I always support juries more than the general public.

Yeahhhhh... I'll probably skip it. I would feel bad spending €400 on another console eventhough I could spare it at the moment. Like you I only have an hour of gaming time a day, and that would be a good day. And I've never been too fond of the Xbox brand. €400 is a bit steep for an impulse buy.
But hey, isn't Australia a PAL region though? What's keeping you from importing?

According to Steam, The Evil Within has a minimum requirement of an Intel Core i7 or equivalent processor. Then why am I able to run the demo at 1080p, 60FPS with max settings on my lowly Core i3? 0_o
I thought no one could run it at 60fps because of how crappy the port was? Maybe it's been patched.
This gen's minimum requirements have been gross overstatements so far. I've been able to max a few games without meeting them.
It has a 30 or 60 FPS toggle in the options menu.
I skipped getting Wolfentein New Order on Steam a few weeks ago when it was on sale because of it having that same minimum requirement.
