I was browsing through the guide this afternoon and saw that King Kong made by Peter Jackson was on.  I realized I haven't seen that movie since it's theatrical release and decided to give it a shot.  I turned the channel in time to see the very scene that I loathed all those years ago.  It was the scene with all of the dinosaurs in a stampede with the film crew running in between them.   What in the fuck is this shit?  Seriously, what in the fuck is this shit?  First of all, the lighting of the humans does not match the lighting of the animals...at all!  And the angles of the actors are all fucked up.  Plus, they look like the fucking Keystone Cops running between the dinosaur legs.  

How could Jurassic Park have effects that are so much better twelve years earlier?

I was looking forward to playing Evolve with some of you this year, but it has been delayed to Feb. 2015. This got me to thinking: I wonder how often games are delayed for Quality Control purposes as opposed to a Publisher or one of the three Console Companies saying: "Hmmm... we have nothing big coming out around that time of the year. Can this title be moved to fill a void?"
