I really need you guys to help me. I sold this t on ebay with no returns. Now this lying fuck has opened a case because he says it's fake which is bollocks as I bought it myself at a well known London retailer in person. He's trying to get out of the sale as he can't any other way as I have photos with all sizing. I need you guys to scour the web and find a listing for this t shirt somewhere online. I've tried and failed. It's a Diesel mens v-neck shirt with a capital M on the front with 78 either side of the M. On the print where the label is it says 'Institute of mass consumer control', on the back it says 'Diesel you don't kick someone around'.
If I can't find it I'll have refund this lying fuck and pay all his return postage too. I might have to get trading standards or the police involved. If I can find an online listing for it I won't have to do all that. Please help.
Could you contact the shop you bought it from and see if they'd help?
Very doubtful, they sell masses of designer clothes from all brands every week, no one would remember. I'm trying to contact Diesel London but they only have press contact phone numbers. I could probably as a last resort go to Diesel London store but that would cost as much as the shirt and take hours to do. This toe rag is trying to extort money from me by misrepresentation which is classed as fraud here. I'd rather refer this to trading standards rather than refund this dick head.
If anyone can do a image search and find this it would help alot. I found a USA ebay user selling the same shirt, I've emailed him.
I didn't read everything you typed, but couldn't you just show him your receit? That is, if you still have it.
No it's a couple of years old. And this turd is obviously lying, he knows it's not fake. My listing had watertight evidence on size and item description, multitude of photos. So the only way this guy thinks he can get his money back is by claiming it's fake - ebay doesn't refund on auction listings if they are as described so he can't claim it's the wrong size, material or colour etc.
Just do a 5 min search if you guys can help.
The only thing I could find is another shirt being sold out of Pennsylvania.
Tried and failed, GG, sorry.
Skyrim and Fallout 3 for PS3 makes me want to build a decent gaming PC, so that I can play these games as they were actually intended by the developers. *sigh*
Yeah, they are quite the stutterers.
I've searched every Google image, random t-shirt retailers, Diesel UK, Amazon UK and even some German Diesel sites and found nothing.
Framerates are the worst, but it's really difficult to enjoy the large open world when shit keeps popping into existance a dozen meters or so ahead of you. Look a vacant field. *walks ten paces* Oh look, it's now a small town.
Thanks guys, I only managed to spot the USA seller on ebay.com
Hopefully he can corroborate its authenticity.
Skyrim is a magical place.
Bioware and Bethesda are the worst with those issues.
Just completed Lego Batman 2, the campaign became a bit repetitive so you have to trudge through it a bit. But it's mostly fun, not as good as Lego City but for £9.99 in an eshop sale it's well worth it. Much better than Marvel Superheroes.
Dragon age is keeping me from completing anything.
Skyrim: I kill a dragon, and the game immediately locks up my PS3. Fuck you, Bethesda!
Like a thousand tadpoles I guess were born in our koi pond and killed all the fish. I saw all the fish dead this morning being eaten by thousands of small black sperm looking things. Its toad tapoles. Fuck that shit, need to kill them all.
Heh, I didn't know tadpoles even ate fish, and were able to kill them too?
Not tadpoles, but crazy ass sperm.
