Yeah, waiting to make a new console purchase sounds like a better idea every day.
Heard FC3 had some performance problems on consoles. Only played the OGXbox FC1. No way am I buying a hard drive for GTA V now. By the time I get a new console, if that happens that is, GTAV remasted will be hobo price.
Does a little frame rate dip every now and then really hinder your gaming experience that much? There's screen tearing, one of my biggest pet peeves of last gen, but the gameplay makes up for the negatives.
PlayStation TV micro console confirmed for Western release
I'll definitely be looking into a Playstation TV. I've been eyeballing this since release, but now it'll be time to see what Vita games are compatible with it. There's not really a laundry list of Vita games I want. More than anything I just want something I can have Netflix on, and will play a handful of games. No shortage of PSP games that I like. If it has decent enough support, I think it'll be my console purchase this year.
Yes the screen tearing reports really worried me. One report said that their ambition exceeded the tech and the engine stretched to breaking point on consoles.

GG, as much as I hate screen tear, I couldn't imagine missing out on so many good games. Different strokes, I guess.

Doesn't it also play PSP and PS1 games from the PSN store? And won't it support PS Now as well? I like the concept, but €139 with a controller and hdmi seems a bit steep to me. €99 for the whole package or no sell.

I do pick up these games eventually, like RDR, Tomb Raier, RE6, Skyrim etc. When I'll get around to playing them, that's another issue. Still stuck in ALBW.

One impression I get from Uncharted is that Nate Fill...er Drake looks gaunt like he's had a rough life since Uncharted 3.
