How exactly does one get picked for Jury Duty?
Hahaha.
They sent most of us home at 12. So after sitting there all damn day yesterday, today I was there doing nothing for 3 hours at which point they figured out they have no cases for us, and our jury service has ended. What a waste of the last 2 days of my life. At least I get paid for it.
Yeah I watched the Gamespot video review for it, looks pretty good. I'll pick it up. I'm also thinking of getting Mario Golf as well.
Crazy levels of nerd in that video.
Yes please on a new Nintendo system. I would be more ok with a new console than a new portable actually. There is no chance a new console replaces the wii u this early. maybe some thing that amends it, no pad, or some new gimmick.
but that is bullshit, they would totally have a conference if they had a new system to show.
The cast of star wars is announced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
on phone will make proper thread later.
andy serkis! Max Von Sydow! The main kid from attack the block! The brother of Wesley from Harry potter. And other people you never heard of!
All join the original cast.
Max Von Sydow! Shit! Adam Driver should be good as well.
Best non-made up name ever
A new Nintendo system? I don't know... I'd be willing to believe a new 3DS model or something, but not a whole new 'pillar'. Or it should be something Quality of Life related, although I do think it's probably too early days for them to have anything tangible to show on that front.
Seriously, Nintendo can't properly support 2 systems, how could they assume 3 to work out in their benefit?
Was reading an article about Hover doubling it's kickstarter goal and started watching their promo video thing.
Them 3 devs are wee young lads (and lady) I mean seriously, maybe many indies are, but look at them! Green behind their ears, fresh from their diapers. I concluded that this has 2 grand implications. The first is that if people that young can make stuff like that, gaming is going to get really interesting in the next couple of years. Two: I'm getting old.
Nintendo's third pillar is the Sony Playstation 4.
Oops! Apparently, it was either reported wrong or I read it wrong. Velocity seems to be available for the Vita only. I could have sworn it was coming to PS4 too...
GameXplain's discussion of "Play Nintendo" they cover all of Nintendo's E3 plans.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I love you! That I can play right now.
Polygon: Nintendo may be drowning, but it's invested in doing so silently
You'll be shooting shells up my gloriuosly rendered HD ass alright. Blue ones from far, far behind at the end of the pack!
All part of the masterplan
Anyone know if you can use Wii 1 video cables with Wii U? Scart or components?
IR controlled karts that can race up walls and ceilings? T'is the stuff of videogames, it is. Wonder how they'll pull that one off.
GameFAQs seems to think it's possible. Scart can't cope with HD as far as I'm aware though, so I'm not sure if that would work out.
But can it output at SD resolution? This is for recording some video, not for playing.
WTF? Wouldn't they fall off eventually and break on the floor?
