Lol, Vader will just have to break it in on his own.   Does it have any porn on it?

Wow PlayStation Now is pretty mind blowing. I knew it was coming but not so soon and not so all encompassing. This is going to work with everything short of toasters. If it works well and latency isn't a problem, Sony will have a big win on their hands.

On that note though if its a success it'll be another nail in the coffin for the Vita. Why buy a Vita for it when you can get a tablet for the same price that does even more?

If it works it'll be the nail in the coffin for what we now call a PlayStation console.  Not in this generation, but maybe the next generation after PS4 there is no more boxes to buy.

So Don’t Starve… kind of slow. Its rogue type but you have to craft stuff so you walk around and cut grass, chop trees, pick fruit. Every time you die you have to start all over doing the boring stuff.

That's what I thought, but I'll give it another go.

Just bought a used Vita on ebay. $130, comes with 8GB card. Just need a case and I am back in buisness. I am just going to try my best to pretend this crap never happend.

Oh and this is the 3G model, not that I will use that.

That's quite cheap.  In terms of technology (ans I suppose potential) the Vita represents great value for money.  In terms of actual games to play ... not so much.

^ I wonder if that Vita had helped its previous owner with doing the poos? This always comes to mind when buying used stuff. Nyaa

That's the primary use of a handheld electronic device, so it goes without saying.  I unboxed my Vita while on the bog

I'm intrigued about this rumor of Skyrim coming to PS4.

Still have never really played it to this day...had it on 360, played 20 hours into it, stopped realising it was going to stop me from playing other games....sold my 360 copy, got it on Steam....still haven't gotten around to it other than installing some mods. Though I would rather play it on a console. As much as I love the PC, I'm still a console guy at heart, as long as they're capable. That's why I'm all for companies porting some of the more demanding titles over the last few years to the newer machines that can better run them the way they are meant to be run, like Tomb Raider and Skyrim.

I will grab the PS4 version for sure if its real. And finally start playing it.

Given that they could not get it to work on the PS3 they may have a better shot of it working on PS4 (given the architecture).

Congrats on the new Vita Vader. That's a great price. Now just make sure you wash your hands after playing it, and definitely don't try using the touch controls with your tongue.

I think that was pretty much the direction we were headed anyway.

Although now that a few more details have come out out about PS Now I'm considerably less excited for it. They're saying you need a steady 5 MB connection (which I only have when no one else in this household is using the wifi), and the demo units were actually attached to cables (classic Sony). So yeah... not as exciting as it originally was. Though if it does get good reviews and genuine 3rd party back catalog support I can see myself purchasing an Xperia tablet in order to take advantage of it.

Next month another demonstration. This time finally in my hometown of Rotterdam. Yet another animecon. Maybe I will finally meet those crazy cosplay chicks that Robio is always raving about!

Good luck with that. Just make sure you have a camera. Otherwise they'll want nothing to do with you.

Anyone here ever use Onlive? I figure PS Now will probably have similar lag/bandwidth issues/requirements.

Yeah it's only the beginning. Almost universal high bandwidth is bound to be solved soon.  CSIRO will fix it. (The guys who invented wi-fi)i, now they are experimenting with broadcast signals and it's working well in test cases.
