I'm almost embarassed to admit it, but I've been fighting the urge to collect 3DS XL systems lately...

I never thought I would say it, but I REALLY like the white-plastic 3DS XL's more than the black ones! The screens seem to stand out more; the plastic seems to be of a different quality than the black ones. Dunno, doesn't make sense, but the feel of the Pikachu and Pink ones seems to be... better... The only thing that's going to make me second guess the Pokemon X/Y Systems is they are black rather than white!

I'm sure there'll be a sweet design to accompany MH4 too. Personally I've never been fond of special edition consoles that are more then just a palette swap. I like my consoles sleek and unassuming.
I don't like designs on my consoles. I prefer a single solid color, usually black. No cute or cool charaters, and no two-toned nonsense either. Heh, I wouldn't buy the Wind Waker bundle because of the Zelda artwork on the controller.
Yeah, I'm weird. 
Man, rumours are building up over Microsoft Surface Pro 2 launching this year already. I'm having a very hard time resisting the Pro as is, when it's about as powerfull as my current work laptop. If they manage to launch the Pro2 at the same price as the original (€999) it'll be an instabuy for me. I buy new hardware every 4 years as a rule, and the Surface range of products is just so damn sexy.

I much prefer black as well, looks sleeker. That's why I love the look of my new Wii U. Though for the life of me, I can't figure out why I chose the purple GameCube.
