Monster Hunter 4 Direct - details

One of the details they announced in this was your Felyne helpers (the little cat people) can wear Mario and Luigi costumes. And there's Link costumes available for the Hunters.... Haven't we had enough of this shit yet? Rayman, Tekken, etc. I know it doesn't really affect gameplay or anything, but I don't understand why this is even considered a feature worthy of mentioning.

I've been playing The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Diablo III, and Project X Zone. Having a great time with all 3.

I also finally gave Little Big Planet 2 (PS Plus) a try. The tutorial was so annoying, I deleted the game.

You're not missing much. LBP2 was not nearly as fun as the original. Not sure if it was because it didn't feel as fresh, or if the attempt at the inclusion of a story just ruined the game. At any rate, I loved the first, but couldn't force myself to finish the sequel. Some people though (Vader for instance) will argue that the user created content is much better, and still makes the game worthwhile. If you don't give a damn about that stuff though, it's best to free up the space on your harddrive.

I've played a ton of Pikmin 3.  Between my wife, my son andi, we put in over thirty hours of gameplay in a week. I also played a teensy bit of Earthbound.  I'll devote more time to it after I'm done with Pikmin.  I was also forced to play some Nintendoland with my son and nephew.

I need to finish the first game, but the floaty jump controls turn me off to it.

I never really had any interest in LBP series, but figured I'd give it a try since it was free. It's definitely not for me. I also have LBP Kart Racing, but I don't want to download that anymore.

You're bound to find something you'll enjoy on Nintendoland. It's just a matter of trying everything out. Too much in there to dislike all of it.

I did find quite a few that I enjoy , but I get bored of them fairly quickly.  My son and nephew can play them all over and over.

So I just listened to the GameUnder podcast.... hmmmmm..... interesting..... It seems that once again Tom Towers reminds us why he is the sole voice of reason on an entire continent.

Just because I'm wrong, doesn;t make him right.

That was my reaction to LBP1 (except I actually played a couple of levels).  But their tutorials are HORRIBLE, so slow, so annoying.

This Week:

Beat: Flower, Papers Please and Journey.

Started: Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise

Made Progress in: Papo y Yo.

That Zelda cameo in MH4 is genius!  Grinning  They better not make it suck specs-wise, because a lot of people will be wanting to play with that equiped.
