Nowgamer Pikmin 3 review - 9/10
"This is Nintendo. This is what we want to see. Brilliant ideas, well executed. Give Mario and co a well-deserved rest, Nintendo, it's time to let that brilliance shine again"

Pikmin 3 made me almost do it.
Pikwomen are sexy.
This is funny shit:

PS4 just lost half its flexible RAM - Digital Foundry just updated their PS4 RAM article with confirmation from another source that devs are guaranteed 4.5GB RAM with a further 512MB of the flex memory (down from 1gb), "however, this may have performance problems due to paging issues."
Well, played some more Pikmin3. I'm not too big a fan of the swarm function. The idea is usefull, but you have to 'lock on' to enemies or structures, which feels at odds with the setup of the rest of the interface. Locking on is just not a very Pikminish thing to do in my opinion.
I'm not really being efficient at this point though, having lost nearly 100 pikmin in 12 or so days. Splitting up my troops and multitasking isn't something I do a lot, I always fear the pikmin will take some route I didn't expect and will run into trouble (and die in all sorts of horrible manners). I'm okay with sending one commander towards the ship to pick up stray pikmin and such, but that's about it.
I took some photo's of the frog/bat thing we saw in pictures prior to release, but since my WiiU has problems staying connected to the internet, I couldn't upload them to Miiverse and don't know how or where I can view or manage them now.
The graphics are very impressive, I'm especially liking how convincingly everything gets wet when it rains. It's a shame that so much of the visual pollish only shines from up-close though. You're always too busy to take your time to zoom in on things.
Not sure but I think if you don't send to Miiverse they're not saved.
Wait so now Zelda has a hard mode?? Nintendo it might have been a good idea to tell us. This company is so stupid at times. If this mode is well done I may pick it up.
hard mode? How? Isn't the difficulty on those games mainly because of the puzzles? Or are they going to increase dmg taken/decrease dmg dealt in combat?
Someone tell Steelo about the Master Quest.
What is this monster quest you speak of?
Atlus' auction is tomorrow.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Master Quest wasn't that hard when I played it on the GCN; The Water Temple was actually easier in the Master Quest version IMO. Though I still never beat Ganondorf's castle on Master Quest version yet.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Yeah, they are saved. Pics you take show up on the world map.
I bet you'll have to finish the game on normal difficulty first, then it'll unlock the hard mode.
And it was still super easy.
the original Zelda now that is a real second quest.
Please, nothing is easy with the N64 controller.
Uh, haven't we known that for ages?
Phil Fish's flameout; awesome. Too bad he lacks the character to stick to his word and actually stay away from gaming.
