Dimebag Darrel (Ex-Pantera guitarist) was shot dead on stage while playing a gig with his then band Damageplan. What made it even worse was that this happpened right in front of his brother who was the drummer

I'm a little worried about this heist planning thing, is it going to be too superficial to matter or is going to be too in depth so that it bogs down the GTA gameplay? I imagine it will be like Hitman. I don't really want my bank balance to affect the outcome. The switching between characters thing can and has been done well before in the Conflict games, loved it there.
It's a little sad that something like this isn't going to be on Wii U because with the giant touch screen realtime map you could really use it to plan and execute a mission well, with the altenative camera view point and all too. Say what you will about the pad not being revolutionary or anything, but there's no doubt it's a notable enhancement when used properly.
Yeah the guy that did it was some nut that got kicked out of the military for BEING a nut....he apparently had notebooks saying Pantera could read his mind and were stealing his ideas and shit. Then when Pantera broke up for a few years they all started side bands, with Darrell and his brother Vinnie Paul starting Damageplan, who were like a more commercial Pantera basically. At a show in Ohio, the nut got inside the club they were playing at through a back door...marched on stage and shot Darrell multiple times and killed a few other people too. Very sad.
Pantera was easily my favorite band growing up in the 90's and they were always great as a live band...people were just starting to think they may get back together and then this shit happened.
Is it just me or is anyone else getting an evil A-Team vibe from the new GTA game? I'm loving everything that I've seen so far.

GTA4 is an amazing game, but it is not the best of this generation, that would be either Chinatown Wars or Lost and the Damned.

For those of you who still have not played Lost and the Damned and Gay Tony there is still time. Playing them after GTA5 will spoil them, and they are boths short games, about 15 hours.
