I usually do one, maybe two main missions during a one hour sit through.  I'm only twelve hours in ATM.

Yep I saw that story too. I've tried GameFly on two separate occasions. The first time was ridiculous. It was always more than a week for turnaround time. The second time, which was at the start of last year, was a more mixed bag. It took them 10 days to mail me first first game, but after that it was decent. I'm not entirely sure this lawsuit will make them any faster though. If anything it will probably just make Netflix slower.

I thought the court case was crap though. It wasn't about the postal service treating Gamefly poorly. It was about Gamefly insisting they get the same preferential treatment that Netflix gets. The difference is, Netflix pumps far more money into the USPS than Gamefly does.  It may not be fair, but I don't know any business that doesn't go out of their way to make special accomodations for their biggest clients, and in an age where the post office is hurting Netflix is one of the best things to happen to them since the dawn of the digital age.
