They are making an extra effort with Sleeping Dogs though, there was a story a few days ago. I think now that DX11 is out devs are doing more stuff with that.

Okay, so actually this is mostly my bad here.  They do mention it, their site is just crap.  The use JavaScript paging on the article, so they load the whole article, then hide part of it.  It's at the beginning on the first page they mention a correction, albeit they don't state where in the article.  I was getting very confused on why I was getting a different article with JavaScript disabled.

Ars on 3DS XL:

• The headphone jack has been moved from the center of the bottom edge on the 3DS to the bottom left corner on the XL. This can get in the way on the XL, especially in games where you're trying to support the whole system with your left hand while using the stylus with your right.
• The 3D slider on the XL offers the slightest bit of resistance between the fully "off" position and the lowest possible 3D setting. There were numerous points where I ended up playing with the reduced brightness and framerate of "minimal 3D" when I had meant to turn the feature off completely.
• I accidentally bumped the volume slider on the left edge of the system with my palm a few times while playing, turning the sound up when I didn't mean to. Luckily, no one was sleeping nearby at the time.
• The select, start, and home buttons positioned right under the bottom touchscreen are actual, clickable buttons on the XL, which are much more appealing and comfortable than the squishy nubs on the original system.

• Greatly improved overall aesthetics.
• Much more comfortable for adult-sized hands.
• Larger screens make it easier to pick out details and tap touchscreen targets.
• Still decently pocketable despite expanded size.
• Battery life is significantly improved over the original 3DS.
• Relatively painless transfer system for games on your current 3DS.

• Larger screens + same low resolution = pixelation.
• Transfer process doesn't let you share downloads over multiple systems.

• Any pictures that come from the low-res 3D camera.

Verdict: Buy it if you don't already own a 3DS. Try it if you do.

Well, ther ehas been very little to be excited about as it relates to new releases. Time to go back to an old favorite Bear.

I have a big review coming up soon guys. I can't say for what game, but I'll be publishing on this site exclusively. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, depending on how much beer I drink and at what rate over the next few hours.

Agreed.....I have this thing about letting the credits run through before I turn a game off, basically just in case there is an end of game cutscene or save coming up. But some of these credits nowadays are sleep inducing.

SEGA was putting the Australian PR people in the credits. You'd hope they weren't printing different versions of the games with different credit listings, though.

If it's a way to get The Teletubbies banned, then I think it's probably okay to sacrifice those other shows in the grand scheme of things.
