At High School we had music leasons where we were graded. But I just do not have that Rhythm, my ears are designed to track stuff and not for music. But they did not care and still gave me a bad grade! I mean do you give a person on a wheelchair a bad grade because he cannot run fast? Of course not! Fucking idiots. I cannot help it that I have a rhythm dissability!
Is a new NIGHTS game in development?
We could only be so lucky. A new NiGHTS game could very well be great.
And screw you GG, you don't deserve to play such a fine game if it comes out.
I just read part of that 1up feature on how 3D gaming works. Read the part about the shutter glasses, I have never used them. So these glasses have shutters on them for the left and right eye and flick really fast at the appropiate speed to divide up the 120FPS into different images for each eye?
If the shutters are constantly moving don't they make any noise at all? I have never seen them in action so I have no clue what they are like. If they have moving parts and are constantly flicking, one would guess hundreds of times per movie, wouldn't they be more prone to malfunctioning over time and need repairing often? Also, don't you feel a slight breeze on your eyeballs? This may all sound idiotic to you, but I have never seen or tried them.
I was burned.

Robio better start importing right now!
That's the shittiest mock-up I've seen in a while:
It's not out in Europe yet is it?
Yes, the concept is as you described, first you get one frame in one eye and then the next one in the other. This means that the framerate need to be doubled, so in 3D movies we have a frame rate of 2x24 frames per second. The shutter work exactly as you described in concept, but instead of mechanical parts we use LCD technology. Remember your LCD watch, the liquid crystals have two states. One is clear and the other is opaque and black. The glasses work the same way. It is a LCD that goes to clear to 'black' very fast.
Release date is September the 2nd.
So I went into Gamestop, checked out the Resistance bundle and......didn't buy it. Certainly tempting though. I'll get it at the end of July after I return from vacation and have a little money to spare. How similar is it to the Killzone series?
One thing I noticed is that the Resistance 2 boxart is ugly.
I'd certainly be interested in another one. NiGHTS Journey wasn't as good as the original, but it was still fun.
I wish they'd release that Japan-only PS2 remake on XBLA/PSN too.

Oh yeah, and screw you GG!
Fallout New Vegas is awesome, I have been playing a lot, like A LOT. I love these kinds of games, Bethesdas formula is fantastic, no other game offers such huge worlds to explore and to get into random interesting situations. Obsidian did a fine job with this game, its not crazy buggy so far (patches seemed to fix all that) and there are many new features. This is an appetizer to Skyrim but its a damn good one.
Duke Sold (Projected) 1.5 Million
Whoa!
That's pretty good! Didn't expect it to sell that well, to be honest.
Take 2 wanted 3 million.
Thats 1.3 million too much.
I loved Fallout: New Vegas. The areas were much varied and so were the missions. There's one on the dam that is pretty cool, near the end. Plus one that involves missiles. I couldn't really stand the visuals, but everything else was great.
Yeah its ugly, seems uglier than Fallout 3. But the world is just as cool and there are many more missions. Love companions and factions.
I still want to play the demo to see how bad it really is.
The demo is bad. Well, B-movie bad, so still kinda good in how awful it is, lol. I still want to play through the whole game, though.
