You sound like that anti videogames lawyer (I forgot his name and don't remind me). Simulator to kill American troops?! Yep, just like him!
Did you know the American military uses pretty sophisticated 'videogames' to simulate and train US troops to kill whatever they are fighting now insurgents/army guerilla forces? So what is your opinion about that?
For the record I have no problem with a game where the Chinese kill "american" (by american I assume you mean US) troops. Last time I looked that is what war games were about, troops killing troops. I didn't bother reading the story, but if it's a simulator the chinese government is using to train their troops and not just a game, big deal. It's each nation's responsibility to train their armies for any and all contingencies, and for China, that would include fighting against US troops.
It's a non-story.

Wars should be waged by playing those simulators instead of people actually killing each other. The team that loses should comply to the victor's demands.

Rockstar is looking like a bunch of jerks today now that LA Noire is killing 360's as well.
All the various game news sites are taking quotes out of the gamasutra Bioware interview and spitting out paragraph long "stories" all over the place, so I posted the original to save everyone's time.
It is a worthwhile read, they talk about MMO's, whether they'll move away from sci-fi and talk about where they want Bioware to go from here...

Also, it's the time of the year when the Supreme Court starts to release opinions on argumetns heard earlier in the year, so we should have that ruling on the Californian law restricting violent game sales pretty soon.
When I listened to the oral arguments it seemed pretty clear to me the law would be overturned, but the court has been going in the opposite direction on everything lately (to how I think they should be ruling) so I have no idea. Last week they obliterated the search and seizure clause of the 4th ammendment, so who knows any more.

on youtbe, click on Share, then some options will come up, check the box that says something like "Use Old Embed", they will give you some code. Copy it to your clipboard, come here, start a new post, click on Source (top right corner of the text editor) and then paste the code in. And that's it.
What happens in the privacy of the army of any country is fine. This seems like a retail game so its different. Again I am pretty sure its just like every other FPS game but with us as the bad guys, I am totally fine with that.

Weird my Slim 250 updated today, so I figured I would try my 20 gig fat HDMI model no update for it, I think MS won't let the older ones update now after having to replace a bunch, I think xbl senses older model and does not give update, RATS!
Well if they don't research the edu or college ids I can get away with that. I still have my UM edu address and a UM id with no dates on it. I would love that, I could get a gaming PC and a 360 at the same time.
I'm pretty sure any un-expired student ID will work -- the retailer will want the sale. It's for any PC over $699 in price.
EDIT:
Online purchasers need a .edu e-mail address to confirm their student status, while retail customers can show a student ID. The deal only applies to the U.S. for now, but will be coming to France and Canada soon, according to Microsoft.
It has no dates on it at all. I still use it at all movie theaters.
