The game is probably much more tolerable today on the VC. It had one of the most ridiculous password systems of the era. It was extremely long and used caps, lower case, and a few other symbols as well. Lots of similar looking ones too so it was extremely easy to make a mistake when copying it down. That was pretty much my source of frustration with the game.

I think it's correctly pronounced as "Peez-ov-sheet"
So does this mean Sony went ahead and called his bluff on the "I dare you to sue me?" Either way it's probably a smart move. Clearly his old legal counsil that recommended he taunt Sony in that rap wasn't worth what he was paying them.
This is to pay for his defense in the suit Sony is carrying against him for damages resulting from the Keys issue. I don't think they'll sue on the basis of his "song", nor do I think GeoHot's counsel advised him one way or the other to express himself like that.
Maybe the way I wrote up the headline-subtitle confused that.
Your headline was fine. My sarcasm just seems a bit off today. It was a rough weekend.
