I've been spending my time with 2 WiiWare games while I wait around for DQIX to be released:
Rage of the Gladiator, the Punch-Out styled gladiator game. It's not as good as Punch-Out, but not a bad game at all. Some of the opponents seem like they were tossed in there just to get the number of battles up, but the good battles make it totally worth it.
And then I've also been playing Jett Rocket, the kind of game that Rare would be making today if they never changed what they were doing from the N64 days. Fun but surprisingly difficult. They play by the old NES rules of "lots of hard jumps and few health points" to artifically up the difficultly level, but it works for the game.
Wow! Shrek really looks pissed in that pic!
That would be Targon. Not very Shrek-like. He's the "Glass Joe" of this game, though more aggressive. Actually pretty entertaining for an intro level fighter. The stranger the characters the more fun they are to fight. There's a minotaur, medusa, beholder, and monsters like that. Those are great fun. The human oppenents on the other hand are pretty dull.
Played a little of this:

Blockbuster to be delisted from the NYSE
That's sort of scary. I remember as a kid how Blockbuster was "the evil corporation" forcing all the mom and pop video stores out of business. Then in college, a professor in a media class explained how Blockbuster was doomed and would either be out of business or completely be a different company in 20 years due to digital distribution and changing patterns of home movie distribution. Who would have thought one of my proffessors actually knew something.
Good. They use to have massive rip-off prices and currently their game's section (specifically the Wii) is horrid.
Let them go down while Netflix (who is like the blockbuster of DD from what I've been told), Hulu, and Apple TV take over.
The part where you actually have fun.
FUCK YOU ASSHOLE!
That's Leo's job.
YEAH!
BTW, Steel doesn't remember the first time he masturbated.
PS: WHY YOU DO THIS FOR?
*I just made Yoda cringe!*
That's because he is a senile old fart.
Huh. I don't remember the first time I masturbated Steel either!
Oops, I thought that was this page, what have you been playing this weekend stuff. Damn. Anyway I deleted it so now it looks like you are a crazy person talking to yourself.![Nyaa](/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)
If you have an active Xbox Live gold account, and had a credit card in your account at first, it will stay there..even if you delete it from the Xbox 360 and their website; but it doesn't provide an option to delete it; unless you have another card attached to it. The only way to delete every card is to call them. So when making purchases it will make them to the "default" card..or in this case only card. Or letting Gold expire and it not having an auto-renew option.
Unless they fixed it, which is why I use points and codes for eveyrthing..since the beginning.
Use Paypal on their website too, is better and more safe than an actual credit card in this case.
