Well, I guess they might be able to sell it to the West if that's lock-on I see and not just a visual indicator of weak points but otherwise, I'm not impressed. The hud, cutting the tail, trapping is the same, but it has nothing special. Why play this and not the original, especially as it's not likely to pack as much content as FU. Maybe as much as Portable 3rd, but then it probably also won't be as expertly balanced and with so many gameplay details.
I don't understand why all these Monster Hunter clones appear on PSP either really. Shouldn't these companies try to put a product on a platform that doesn't already have a Monster Hunter, to steal its thunder before it even shows up? Make a clone for PS3, 360 (crappy ports don't count), 3DS, not where Monster Hunter has already sold millions upon millions with fans that love it to bits and likely won't settle for a potentially flawed immitator... Then again that thinking implies they actually want an ambitious product and what not, when they're probably happy to be a cheap immitator that still sells 500k copies easily to experimenting fans, but likely no more.
The optimist proclaims we live in the best of all possible worlds
while the pessimist fears this is true.

In a way it makes sense. That's where the market currently is at. It's the same reason why developers choose to develop WRPG's for the PC/360 duo or shooters for the PC/360/PS3 combo. People go where the money is. That being said I'm amazed that nobody's heading toward the 3DS before the inevitable Monster Hunter 3: Enhanced Edition arrives.
The Dutch?
So how is star 242 coming along?
Meh, still can't decide on a Blu ray disc to buy.
They are all overpriced and the stuff I would buy I own on dvd already.
It is going well. About as well as Fedor's triangle armbar escape.
"Avatar" looks stunning on Blu-ray, as well as "Where the Wild Things Are?". But you're looking for great movies...hmm...well "Akira" for Blu-ray has the hands down best sound in any home release if that helps.
Avatar is like £17 - £22. Ridiculous prices.
Damnit the movies they resurrect for Blu ray release. I just saw Blue Thunder that 80s Roy Schneider helicopter movie on blu ray.

What's "the happening?!"
No seriously though. That's pretty bad. First The Village, than The Lady in the Water, next The Happening, and now this?
Wow!

In America Blu-Ray's can retail up to $50. Though of course you can get them online for cheaper. The VAT can't be THAT bad unless it like triples the price.
His tomato rating per movie.

$50 Blu-rays. They are $25 on average. And many times you can get them for under $20 at release and they are on clearance for $10 in a few months.
