Fragile Impressions article -- can't wait for that game.
Last para:
A final warning: ... I have some amount of tolerance for anime styling. If you can't handle things like a whiny, somewhat androgynous protagonist and the kind of voice actors you hear in dubs of anime shows (or Japanese speech, if you prefer), you will not be able to deal with Fragile Dreams. If you're confident you can accept that kind of stuff, though, Fragile Dreams seems like it could make a meditative counterpoint to all the bombast usually present in games.
Translation:
If you are a racist and you have trouble tolerating things from other cultures, then this game might not be for you. There are almost no guns and no whore-killing at all. There are also no on-line vehicular combat levels or footballs. If you're confident you can accept that kind of stuff, though, Fragile Dreams seems like it could make a meditative counterpoint to all the bombast usually present in games.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileAnd every culture. Every place has their own share of hardcore nationalism.
List of powers:

Fire
Air - air dash moves to reach new platforms, swirl winds/aka like Cody from SF series type of moves against his enemies
Earth - a broken pillar can be fixed so that it can be climbable again.
Water - water can be frozen
Okay let's try it again
And don't break the chain this time.
EARTH
I'm playing through the PSP remakes as well. Good stuff since I missed the second one on the PS1.
The first remake on the PSP is a great remake. The 2nd one, although a better game, doesn't seem like an enhanced remake at all. It seems more like a straight port with polished battle system and anime cut-scenes.

THIS.
Love this song.
EDIT: It is a fact, browsing the internet while listening to Earth, Wind and Fire is awesome.
That's how my place of work is run. They make complete fucking morons into managers and treat the hard workers like assholes.
Personally, I thought ODST absolutely blew Halo 3 away in itself. And Halo 2. That game was already more like Halo 1 and a more impressive game, but unfortunately it seems like since they had to tie it into Halo 3 instead of just calling it HALO: ODST that people don't give it the cred it deserves.
And BTW.....I've been temporarily suspended at GAMESPOT!!! Oh Nnnnooo!!! LMAO
Be careful with your port talk... Yoda will get you (see Hall of Fame if you missed that one).
The first one was great, the second one is essentially the same as the first from what I can see. I don't like the voice acting in the second one, but still all good stuff.
What did you do?
I don't know what it is about WRPG's that baffle me as much as they do...
I want to play this for an hour or so to compare it again to Star Ocean and the other JRPG's I've been playing.
I told everybody they need to get laid in Rag's NPD thread....hahaha.
What that means here is: IF I am excited enough for a game, you'll almost never see me participating in an official topic (unless I make it myself), commenting on previews, browsing through pics or watching movies. (1)I hate spoilers. (2)It makes the wait that much more intolerable for me.
No offense to the guys who put so much work into their topics, but you won't see me in there normally.
That being said, I decided to watch a Monster Hunter 3 video today. My mind changed quickly on White Knight once I hit a wall of boredom, and I started to look forward to my next MMORPG-ish fix. MH3 is it.
I'll give you three guesses which one of the trailers of the trailers I randomly picked to watch first.

The only clues I'll give are my reactions: "Wow that's beautiful. ...Wait!? WTF!? YOU'VE GOT to be KIDDING ME!!! Is every game designer out to KILL me?!" was what I screamed as my throat started to close up and I got light headed...
*sigh*
I don't know why I haven't played many flight games over the years. I was ABSOLUTELY enthralled with Ace Combat 2 on PSOne for the longest time, then ignored them since.
More to come!
