The multiplayer demo is out and its fantastic.
I thought everyone was missing because it was out.
I know it sounds ridiculous but the clips I saw from CVG almost made it look like Disaster Day of Crisis with faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better production values yet not as hilarious.

The examples shared by From today have rendering-themed names like Parallax Map, Reflection, Normal Map and Frozen Shader. You'll have to use these both to combat enemies and as a means of solving puzzles.
Disaster will almost certainly fail on an HDTV. It's the cheese that pulls it through.
120hz is fine. It just means a smooter picture as its updated faster. Its not really a problem you should worry about.

As for the impression that Disaster and Uncharted share common ground, yes. If you consider that they both have your typical everyman pulled into a number of overwhelming situations, but while Disaster seems to go over the top, pulling off unbelievable cheesiness with a charming swagger that would kill a game with higher production values, Uncharted aims for perfectly staged action pieces more rooted in reality, coupled with believable, down to earth characters and superb dialogue. It's not as much fun as it is entertaining and awe-inspiring.
Woah. Sales of ODST are exceeding Gamestop's expectations? Oh ye of little faith. Anyway that's awesome news. I just bought my copy today. I know what I'll be playing this weekend. Woo hoo!

When I first saw a link to the VG press store I thought for a moment that it was a store themed after us. It would have Pachter Watch T-shirts, "We are not Nintendo bias" mugs that of course only have Nintendo characters on it, etc.
