Ah, I see. Maybe Steel just couldn't make it? That's understandable considering it's Christmas day and all.
The treasure chest usually goes for 8900 at Nook's; I put it up at 5000. I went to bid on your Gyroid the other day, but the auction was already closed by the time I got there.
I just paid off my house again this morning too. Cost: 248,000. I should have a second floor tomarrow.
EDIT: Wow, Gonintendo is actually updating on Christmas! Do they ever take a day off?
The unfortunate part? Only one stage, and no Werehog (actually, that might be a good...if not slightly misleading thing). Though the stage itself was fun, looked incredible (and didn't miss a beat - good job Sonic Team on creating a game engine that isn't completley fucked) and was generally decent fun.
Though I wasn't too big on the QTE's. Didn't seem necessary.
I'm still not entirely convinced though. I need to try out the Werehog stages to fully form a proper opinion on the game.
I need to doublecheck your anus.
Where were you penises? I waited about 45 minutes from 11 am to 1145. I had a fuckload of shit for you two.
One of the site's forefathers.
Play fighting games!
So we were too early, huh? Sorry, Steel.
HOW?!!! Even with every character but Luigi (2%) having a 1% rate of tripping upon walking/running/changing directions, you should have tripped! Do you... never move or just jump places or something?! Insanity! *cries*
I always get "Internet Sharing Error (6)" or something when I try to set up the USB adapter on this computer. Consequently, I don't get my Wii online.
How did you get your Wii connected if you were getting said error? Please tell me!
Right, what i did in the end was go into add/remove programs and uninstalled whatever drivers i had installed by just plugging in the dongle before inserting the CD. then removed the dongle and started the CD installation, i plugged in the dongle only when it asked me to, and it worked fine. check that you don't have any drivers installed already and don't plug the connector before it asks you to.
Online seemed ok. i had some issues with updating and wiiconnect24 but then it was all OK. i got the new nintendo channel, i got world of goo with some surprise leftover points i had ... and i got messages from gaminggeek, iga and ravenprose which was nice. gg sent some voice messages too, and some letters on special animal crossing paper ... to tell me he loves me and not to tell anyone

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Unlocked some more things in Brawl, few trophies, a lot of stickers and all the CD's.
Check out this song I unlocked recently, so freaking awesome. Perhaps the most awesome Zelda theme remix I ever heard!
@ Bugs and Beaver
Try getting a wireless router, so much better than the stuff you are using now!
Auction starts again on the 27th. I will bid on the chest.
Isn't the general advice to avoid those sections?
Good job man, you never stop
Check timeanddate.com and tell me your time relative to GMT again. When I was arranging news posters a long time ago you said -5hrs? I mailed you guys some presents but gave the rest away.
Tell me what DQ IV is like, I'm interested.
I told you not to tell anyone
Why don't you guys just get a wireless router already? You can get them for free if you change ISPs. Or just pony up some cash.
Just been looking at those Japan software sales.
PS3s top selling game is MGS4 at 640'000, Wii's top selling game is Wii Sports with 3.2 million.
Look at the 360s top selling games:
360 - Blue Dragon 203.740
360 - Tales of Vesperia 155.477
360 - The Last Remnant 118.842
360 - Dead or Alive 4 111.991
360 - Infinite Undiscovery 109.630
360 - Lost Odyssey 109.517
360 - Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation 95.002
360 - Halo 3 83.696
360 - The Idol M@ster Live for You! 75.272

360 - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion 72.274
360 - Eternal Sonata 70.435
360 - Gears of War 68.270
All RPGs pretty much and all selling abysmally.
Its good to see the games that deserve to sell not selling. Gives me hope for the future of the games industry just as n' Sync outselling Opeth gives me hope for the music biz.
LOL at those games that outsold Lost Odyssey. The Japanese are now morons when it comes to gaming. Though the rest of the world is catching up quick. Thank god gaming has gone mainstream!

Nintendo WiFi Adapter
*shivers* I had to use that thing for nearly a year once, and it was a nightmare to get working on a daily basis, so I only used it once in a while to buy VC games. It's better than having no connection at all, but that's the first Nintendo hardware product that I've ever been dissatisfied with. It worked okay with my DS, but when it came to my Wii, it just refused to work most of the time; connecting and disconnecting whenever it felt like it. Very aggravating.
I now have a Wireless router, and all is good.
