And that MegaMan 9 shit is beyond great. I'd easily sell Iga's soul (and his rear end) to the devil in order to get it.
Well the game is coming out this year. October I believe, maybe around Halloween. Oooo spooky.![LOL](http://www.neogaf.com/forum/images/smilies/laugh.gif)
Yeah I'm still keeping an eye on the Wii Overlord which should be quite fun, hopefully, with the Wii-mote. It'll be a different game so depending on how it turns out I may want to grab that one as well.
Edit: Actually the release date for Dead Space is Oct. 14th for 360/PS3 and Oct. 20th for PC.
Morning from Melbourne all.
Yeah...IGN's redesign...not so hot. It strikes me a lot like Gamespot's - not that great, and really no need for it.
Morning!
Do you aussies scratch your balls when you wake up in the morning?
When I think that you already lived the night that I'm about to go through my mind is blown away.
IGN's new look is fugly.![Sad](/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-frown.gif)
Doesn't everyone?
Devil May Cry 4 is owning my soul! Well not that much but I'm having a blast with it.
Here's a screen from my PC.

Beautiful game, innit? You're using a controller, right?
Anyway - just updated with news from teh November issue of Nintendo Power. Sonic Chronicles got an 8, repeat, an 8.
Yeah DMC4 while it could have been better is still a great game. I'd like to go back to it sometime and try to get a few more achievements and get further in the Bloody Palace mode.
Nintendo Power Nomvermber 2008
WTF?

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileYeah I'm using a controller (though no rumble because DMC4 doesn't support most rumble types) and yeah my PC is running it max on direct x 9 (damn greedy Windows for not making XP support X10) and the pic is obviously compressed because my PC is running in it in way higher resolution. Though while once in a while I stop to look at its beauty most of the game I don't even notice or care about the graphics. There are even times where I prefer the DMC3 artstyle.
Or am I alone on this? Sorry but at times DMC4 looks way too grey and uninspiring.

Just got done with Level 8. Man that was one epic boss fight, though this has come fewer then I had come to expect. That is one thing I don't like about this game. It is far easier then 3. Though I would rather have this then 3's ridiculous difficulty. I hate it when people think making an enemy harder to kill is being "hardcore" like it adds more depth or something.
Anyway another shot of DMC4 on my PC!

I'm probably sure that someone will hack the game and find a way to get DX10 settings on XP. It's been done with Crysis..
I was actually quite interested in it. Not that I'm a PS3 owner.![Nyaa](/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)
Yeah just saw it. Oboro is will be called Muramasa: The Demon Blade.
If my memory is correct Muramasa used to be an evil blade than was the counter part of the famous Masamune.
*Goes to Wiki
The swords of Muramasa are often contrasted with those of Masamune, another Japanese swordsmith.
There is a legend of a Masamune blade and a Muramasa blade being put into a river strewn with lotus leaves. The leaves swirled around the Masamune blade untouched, but the Muramasa blade cut them.
It has also been told that once drawn, a Muramasa blade has to draw blood before it can be returned to its scabbard, even to the point of forcing its wielder to wound himself or commit suicide Thus, it is thought of as a demonic cursed blade that creates bloodlust in those who wield it.
Yep, sometimes I even ameze myself.
More about the swords
Muramasa Sengo (千子 村正 Sengo Muramasa) was a famous swordsmith who founded the Muramasa school and lived during the Muromachi period (16th century) in Japan. Oscar Ratti and Adele Westbrook said that Muramasa "was a most skillful smith but a violent and ill-balanced mind verging on madness, that was supposed to have passed into his blades....They were popularly believed to hunger for blood and to impel their warrior to commit murder or suicide."
Muramasa's swords fell out of favor with the Japanese government when Tokugawa Ieyasu became shogun, establishing the Tokugawa Shogunate, in 1603. It is said that Ieyasu had lost many friends and relatives to Muramasa blades and had cut himself badly with one, so he forbade his samurai to wear blades made by Muramasa.
This is todays leason kids
Not coming out in Europe/Australia - so no.
Yeah DMC4 is amazing, I dont think its as good as DMC3 but its right there, like so close. What it does so well (and you will see it soon) is you play two distinct play styles in one game, and both are incredibly deep. Fantastic game.
Yeah I just found that out. Though idk if I should do it in fear of it looking worse.
Well it is expected that it wouldn't have the "soul" of DMC3. I mean think about it DMC3 HAD to be good and bring the game back to its roots and what it should be to the market in order for the series to live on.
