It has some extra story stuff, but no, it's not worth it--I'm wavering on whether to bother to keep playing.  I mean as I said, the game to begin with is 90 damned hours.  Do you really need MORE?  So far (6-7 hours) it's pretty much just more of the exact same dungeon stuff, though at the least there aren't the dead-ends where you have to wait weeks to move on.

Though FES was still worth waiting for since it was essentially a price-drop having released at $30.

I guess one thing to note, though, is that people seemed to be swooning over Persona 3 as this terrific RPG, and it's another that has failed to impress me.  Enjoyable in general for what it is, but not at all exemplary, so maybe my thoughts on the extra content are a little less than mainstream.

I agree with you that its not as great as people made it seem. Its definitely a solid game and I'm enjoying it, but its much too repetetive for its own good and I'm only 20 hours in. If its like this for 90 hours I may start to get annoyed.

I really don't get why this game won RPG of the Year at some places, yet Lost Odyssey gets shit on.

Personally, I'm getting back into University mode. Assignments are starting up again and threaten to kick my arse, so I must get them done ASAP. Game wise, I'm slogging through Soul Calibur, and loving it. In terms of watching stuff, I've been criss-crossing between the first season of Dexter and a Something Awful "Let's Play" of Sonic the Hedgehog 2006. The latter is astounding to me - it's really that bad of a game.

Foolz, if you haven't seen it, I HIGHLY, and I cannot stress it enough, HIGHLY, recommend you see Oldboy, if you haven't already.

That's one of the films that piqued my intersest in Korean cinema! But I've only seen about half of it.

That's a damned shame. Great movie.

A lot of mainstream movie watchers (not meaing Foolz obviously) don't realise that Korea is in its new wave period like HK cinema had in the 80s. Now S.Korea has eased its policy of having a proportion of domestic movies showing at cinemas, the funding has dropped and american movies are moving in. Leading to fewer high quality domestic films being made.

EDIT: Oh...misleading title. They meant 4 years between each game, so actually their new game should be on its way possibly next year.

Iga I was kidding about the bastardised version thing. But the proper song as I know it only has the drumming for the beggining then some singing than the drumming again. I never owned the kill bill soundtrack but in the movie they just repeat the instrumental and cut out the lyrics etc.

BTW did anyone else find Kill bill 2 boring compared to the original?
