I don't know man. I just remember playing Quake 3 and Unreal on my Dreamcast, and going over to my buddies house who just got PS2 and laughing my ass off at Timesplitter's. I think I said something like "See this is why I'm waiting for Onimusha"
Personally I'm not a huge fan of Quake 3 and its later iterations, same goes for Unreal on consoles.
I know not many people agree with me, but my favourite TS was the first one. The rest I just found completely unengaging.

^^^I was refering to the fact that God of War PSP played differently on a different version of the system then the others.
The PSP had different versions of it (you know them as SKU's). The version that differs the most is the recent 2000 version which has a higher specs then the other versions. God of War Chains of Olympus was made with the 2000 verision in mind while the other versions got gimped. So basically if you brought a PSP before the 2000 version (meaning prior 200 then God of War Chains of Olympus would be gimped for you.
In comparison imagine that the rumoured Xbox 360 Microsoft announced was yet another 360 SKU that had not only a bigger hard-drive but a more powerful CPU, same video card with slighly higher specs, and about an addition of 120MB of RAM. Now imagine that it comes out by August and it is announced that Gears of War 2 will uitilize it and focus on that more then the other 360's. So when you play Gears 2 on your 360 it will have far less enemies on screen, worse graphics, and some scenes missing or being so different from the superior 360 version that they might as well have been cut out. That is basically what happened with God of War PSP.
I mean we've seen things like the RAM expansion for the Nintendo 64 and SEGA Saturn, but the thing about those is that any Nintendo 64 and any SEGA Saturn is compatiable with those. However the only way to play God of War Chains of Olympus in its true form is to rebuy a PSP.
Anyway E3 is coming up soon which will kick off this "event season". Personally there is potential for all 3 companies.
SONY's PS3 is just starting to pull ahead of the 360. With SONY's showings not being too stellar for all the previous E3's this may be one where they really put it in gear. Because if SONY keeps heading the way they are now then it is POSSIBLE that they could end up coming in 2nd place this gen. Oh yeah and the PSP needs a miracle now.
Nintendo, Nintendo, Nintendo your console has been selling through the roof yet little info. is known about your line-up. In terms of First Party well we've recently just have had a mere taste with Kirby DS and Warioland. Let's hope for some more showings. As for the third party, well it has been improving a lot lately with Tenchu IV, Spyborgs, Arc Rise Fantasia (you guys seem to like it so), Castlevania Fighting Game (For some reason people outside of here like the idea), and Megaman 9, if this is only the pre-E3 trickle then I can't wait to see what is in store for the real event season. As for the DS...well seriously every day seems like an event happened with this thing.
Microsoft has been losing ground but is still doing a fight. They have announced that they will unveal plenty of titles at E3. Releasing stellar titles and dropping the 360 down to a mainstream pricepoint could possibly do wonders for the console.

I didn't even realise P4 was in development, and considering P3 came out on the PS2 after it was all but dead, I sure as hell didn't think P4 would also be a PS2 game. Please, just stop making games for that thing. Port the Game to the Wii as is for all I care. Just STOP with the PS2 games.
