This year Shutter Island got me. Everyone says the Sixth Sense, I had that one figured out. Fight Club for sure.

I say Oldboy and the Usual Suspects. There are more but I will leave that to you.
I still replay the Oldboy reveal in my mind constantly. The moment where he finds out and his reaction? Outstanding.
Oh, and I'd still say Empire Strikes Back.
Well, you have the classic at the end of The Sting. And Citizen Kane.
EDIT: ruinedendings.com is a funny site.

Where the dude was a woman all along? Yeah that was wild.
You know I figured out Fight Club from the previews. A person on the radio said there was a trick ending and then I saw the preview one more time and put it all together.
Fallen had a great one, even though I felt like a complete idiot when it was revealed. Such a "duh" moment. Angelheart (an 80's cult'ish thriller movie starring a pre-plastic surgery disaster Mickey Rourke) has an excellent twist too.
But of all mvoies, Memento will always be my favorite twist ending.

No, no, but it becomes a metahpor for America's brand of it.
aspro said:True. Just making sure we share the credit.
I'll be sure to send you a percentage of the royalties.

Aw man. That must have ruined the movie.

Oh right, right, right.
Foolz said:The end in the American version of Brazil. It manages to completely go against everything previously contained in the film ruining it so much that it becomes a wonderful metaphor for American capitalism and cinema.
What happened? I only saw the original version.

It ended with him driving off into the sunset with the girlfriend, rather than the psychosis from torture.

So they showed that bit, but not that it was all in his head.

Yup, basically making it the oposite of what actually happened. Other bits might have been cut or edited too, but it's been ages since I've seen it.
There's also two American edits, both with a botched ending, but I'm not sure how the other edit goes.
Top 10 craziest movie twist endings
There’s nothing like a twist at the end of a film to get people talking about it, is there? Even if it can be an all-too-familiar and often lazy device from movie-makers at times. But let’s leave all the ‘OMG! You mean it was all just a dream?!’ rubbish-ending DVDs nestling unbought in the 24 hour petrol station’s big white wire discount bin - along with the ice scrapers and shop-damaged Creme Eggs - and celebrate ten of the truly great (and truly crazy) movie endings that you never saw coming... *WARNING! MASSIVE SPOILERS ALER
