Oh oh Yoda you have some splaining to do.
I assume Archie didnt make up those enemies but maybe Yoda saw that some of them are basically repeats. Who knows until I play it.
To be fair you can pretty easily miss out on fighting Griffons, Cockatrice, Beholder Eye, Wyverns, Drakes, and Hydras. Griffons and Cockatrice can only be freely encountered after they're initial key fight in select locations which can happen late in the game. Hydras are difficult to hunt and also happen late in the game. Beholder Eyes, of which I've only fought once, are located in the Everfall near the end which is best described as a post-game environment. There is also some much tougher enemies post-game like Hellhounds. This game was meant to be explored. You can miss a lot if you just focus on main game.Dvader said:Oh oh Yoda you have some splaining to do.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobile- next xbox, yeah what I was saying was that the next xbox will come out at E3 next year and then be available for sale in Fall of 2013. The old E3, E3, launch cycle just doesn't make sense any more for consumer electronics launches.
- On the design discussion Vader is right about everything, Yoda is wrong about everything. and Foolz is right about Yakuza and Binary Domain.
- Vader wants to know more about what happens in these big developers? The only way we ever find out about this tuff is when they go under.
- Maniacal is pronounced Man-eye-a-kal, not Mani-ackle. (Foolz)
- Alan Wake sounds awesome.
- I advised against the 3D TV not because I am anti-3D, but it was because you had no room for it (and should have bought a Vita instead).
- That EA settlement was just EA's proposal. I don't think it has been accepted or ruled on yet.
- line of the show; Vader, "I assume it's not like real racing at all."

- Yoda, you sniff more than a coke fiend
- "The Japanese Curt Schilling is managing them".
- Columbia. Idiot. Read the story! Project COlumbia was a project seperate from the Flight project.
- Gabe in mo-cap suit.

So Super Mario Galaxy isn't well designed? You suck.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileYou can speed through text in 999 in scenes you have already seen once you've played through the game once. There are multiple, multiple endings and you are going to WANT to see as many as you can. The writing in the game is unbelievably descriptive and detailed; it is like a great steak, meant to be savored. You read each line like you chew each morsel, slowly... you don't want to miss a thing! The way the game plays with your pre-conceived notions of people... How it describes carnage... You've never played a game like this one before. I thought while everyone was on a reading 'A Song of Fire and Ice' kick, a book that also celebrates lengthy description and tons of detail... now would be the perfect time to try to get people interested in the game. The design of the game is great too: the puzzles are simple but the way they psychologically set you up and feed you clues... that combined with the painstaking writing...
Oh well.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileI don't count the ravens as well as the wild boars, deer, and cattle because they don't really attack you like the spiders, snakes, rats and bats. While there are boss fight instances with the Cockatrice, Hydra, and Griffon they become huntable creatures just like the other big monsters like the Cyclops, Chimera, Ogres, etc. as you can then find and fight them as many times as you want out in the world after the initial fight with them or after certain points in the game.Yodariquo said:I forgot the undead guys and the saurians. The cockatrice, hydra and eye I counted under bosses, the rest are variants. I didn't count the ravens, spiders etc. The epilogue I was severely underpowered/underleveled and couldn't damage anything.
