Anyone here buy that 3 year PS4 warranty extention from PSN? I usually don't buying extended warranties, but it's only $49.99, and I have that free $10 credit. I'd rather get a new game with that money, but we all know about 1st gen hardware issues.
BTW, Walmart wanted $89 for the same warranty though them. Yeah, I'll stick with Sony.
That should be a standard manufacturer's guarantee. They're basically selling you insurance against the chance that they may be selling you a faulty product.
Agreed. That's why I don't buy them usually. I have 30 days to decide. I probably won't since I'm cheap.
Okay, I just looked it up, and the PS4 comes with a 1-year warranty. I thought it was only 90 days. That should be good enough then.

That's what always happens. Such bollocks.

No but I have heard of planned obsolescence before.

Aren't all assassinations planned?

Oooo. Dat harsh. Good one.
A +1 for you both good sirs.
Since I have no PS4 games and cannot do anything with it until I can download the 300+ MB patch when my internet cap expires I figured I'd ask this here:
I have Led Zepplin, plus Led Zepplin 1 though 4 and House of the Holy.
What are some of the good songs I should start with (I have no listened to these albums before). So far they sound kind of like a jam band (like Phish or Grateful Dead) meets Joe Cocker + a bit of Deep Purple.
I would skip Led Zeppelin I altogether. They were still very much in search of identity. It mostly consists of stolen blues riffs but like you say kind of jammed up and slightly countrified.
II has "whole lotta love" which you can't have escaped if you tried. Also few other decent songs like Heartbreaker and Ramble On. But it's not a classic.
III is the first album they started finding more of an identity I think. Immigrant Song is great (and you've probably heard it). Also good are Since I've Been Loving You and Gallows Pole.
IV is arguably their first classic album and it contains Stairway to Heaven. I could name hightlights but it's a really consistent album on the whole. Definitely start with this.
Houses of the Holy is considered another classic. Especially "side A" with The Song Remains the Same etc. Probably won't grab you instantly the way IV will but it's the best one after that (out of the first five ones).
Physical Graffiti is also really good, and then you don't need to bother at all with the final two albums
There are unplanned assassinations, but they usually fail. Iga randomly tried to judo me in an alley one time.
He slipped on a banana peel.
I agree with Bugs. Houses of the Holy is my personal favorite, good from start to finish.

You have a PS4 but no games?! That might be worse than having games, but no system
Back in August 1995, I bought three Sega Saturn games: Daytona USA, Panzer Dragoon, and Virtua Fighter Remix, but I had to wait until October 1995 to get my Saturn. That was Hell.
And PSN is down.
