I did order plus Zelda. It's been a longtime since I had new hardware and convenience is a huge consideration for me. I'll probably order a spare dock and a hard case.
I'm sticking with the grey joycon Switch. I haven't pre-ordered any games, but I'll probably pick up Zelda for myself, and 1-2 Switch for the kid. And an extra pair of joycons once some good multiplayer games hit, possibly with a charge grip. The latter will depend on how comfortable the Joycons are for regular gaming though. One of my favorite things of the Wii was being able to play games without having to hold my hands close together, so if the Joycons are comfortable, I'll probably do all my gaming like that.
I guess I won't be getting one since Nintendo is doing their usual trickle launch.
I wonder how many systems and controllers they're actually releasing for launch? With how bad the Wii U did and how paranoid Nintendo is, I would not be surprised if they are trying to make as few as possible, which leads to the "it's sold out everywhere" false demand. They probably had warehouses full of extra Wii U parts thinking they were selling 100 million of them.

The controller dock?
Its not available just like everything else, at least on Amazon.
gamingeek said:I think they said they'd have. 2-3 million through launch. Personally I think there will be a pre holiday price cut
They have to cut the price by the holidays. Sony and MS will, plus you have the Scorpio probably in October.
I thought about it but I didn't pre-order the Switch. I'll just try my luck and try to get one at launch.
I still have my pre-order, but I am not sure if I will get it or not. I still have a month to decide.

I meant the dock kit so you can have multiple tvs hooked up.

I didn't even know they were selling those. Probably $150.
I think they already priced them at $90. Similar devices cost $50 minimum.
But I cant find them actually listed to buy online.

Nintendo said they wouldn't be available in the UK because of the Brexit.

What would you need a pro controller for? The craddle seems perfectly servicable to me. Only thing that's different is there being an actual Dpad, but honnestly, those things see so little use these days anyhow.

That thing looks like a Saturn 3D pad controller, I had one of those, yikes.. I want a normal controller for zelda if it's not going to have motion.

I would have tried the joy cons first before thinking about a pro controller. Jason Schrier tweeted that the Pro controller was pointless and the joy cons in the cradle were better.
I'll admit, it does look freaking sleek. Imagine online matches at a wifi spot or watching Netflix while waiting on classes to start.
