I'm not sure I'd care anymore. The Seiken Densetsu franchise has been bastardized like no other I can think of. While I absolutely loved Legend of Mana I can understand why others might not be impressed with it. And after that came a string of just bad games.:
-
Sword of Mana - The remake of the original that started out as a good idea, but got too over-ambitious for its own good and sort of collasped as you got towards the end of the game.
-
Children of Mana - An overly simplistic dungeon crawler that bored most people to tears
-
Heroes of Mana - A failed RTS game that doesn't even come close to the level that Fire Emblem and Advanced Wars set for the genre on handhelds.
-
Dawn of Mana - Just a piece of shit.
If it's modeled after Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3 or even Legend of Mana, I will watch it carefully, but otherwise I'll stick in the "don't give a damn" file.

I guarantee it will be otherwise it would have been announced at E3.
Well I guess this ended up being fairly disappointing: http://ds.ign.com/articles/100/1000331p1.html
"Square-Enix Mystery Title is A New Final Fantasy Game"
Looking back on it, why anyone thought it would be anything else is beyond me. Gotta keep whoring out that name.
