What kind of crap planning on behalf of Nintendo is that? If you're going to do global matchmaking, at least have splatfests convene. Now we'll be locked out from playing together every 2 out of 3 weeks. Our splatfest is coming up next weekend. Not that I was going to be available mind, but still.

You can, but it's not as thrilling to play when you don't have outsiders who may be fucking gods at the game or have shitty internet connections and can't make it 3 seconds into the game without being disconnected, which coincidentally is what was happening to me in every Splatfest match yesterday. I played about 6 games over the course of the day and I think I only had one team that stayed connected for the full match. Needless to say after repeatedly getting my butt handed to me, and dealing with a fever, I said fuck it and went back to bed.
I was enraged by a losing streak the other day as unfair stuff kept happening. I find it fairly annoying when I've manouvred around done all the leg work, shot someone for 2 seconds point blank already then they hit me for a quarter of a second with a more powerful gun and I insta-die.

Yep, if it takes me so much skill to get in close, pick the perfect postion even to shoot them when they are not looking for several seconds and they turn around and kill me in less time than it takes to blink, simply because they are using anything as, or more powerful than an Splattershot.
So who's up for some action tomorrow evening? I haven't played in 2 weeks, but I'm shifting colours in excitement to get my tentacles on my gamepad and squirt ink all around. I might even be able to get some splatooning in tonight, should any of you calamari be interested.
