It's funny because it's true. 
I beat the story mode last nigh, final boss is a let down. Overall it's about the same as the first but without the all time great final boss it doesn't feel as good. Review should be up later.

I liked the final boss, the originals final was better. But this game has better bosses in general and I love the way they worked the bosses and levels around unique weapons. Personally I think they should expand the multiplayer to take down these massive bosses - obviously powered up ones.
As for Salmon Run, there were a lot of complaints about its availibility but I have found it's availiable more often then not and they always tell you if its open or not. I like it, it's good for a few matches at a time but I can't play more as it doesn't have the humanlike AI or randomness about each match that turf wars has. I had some random stuff like night time and fog and random bosses appearing. It's gotten very difficult lately, I don't quite understand how it's changing or why. Does it scale up difficulty as you get more experienced?

Heads up to the Free Splatoon2 playing Folk: if you're interested in ability chuncks, you can farm the Splatfest Tee on the cheap. The Urchin kid will clear it for a tenth of the regular price.

it was amazing. Also scored 2300 with an aerospray multiple times and the next highest guy had 1700 points.

OMG, I wanted to boost my Rank to B- so we could play league battle together.
Tried Tower mode with a Slosher which is my jam. First match, I killed 17 and we won fairly well, other team members had about 5 kills each.
Then, had an awful match with awful team members.... sucked so bad. I was so annoyed I went for another match and got stuck on tower control with 2 snipers on my team. Why? Just why?
Being fucked over from the first second and losing rank cause two assholes pick the complete wrong weapon for the match type. Just sucks.
I've been b- forever now. Why do you suck GG?

In all seriousness though, I've only played ranked once in Splatoon2. I always felt that Turf War was the best mode anyway. Anyhow, I played splat zones. The maps in rotation only had one big zone in the middle. Bah. Splat zones is at it's best when you're defending/capturing 2 seperate areas.
