How many new stages are there? I’ve spotted a lot of older ones. Also, have all of the stages been open from the start in the previous Smash games?
I’ve mostly been playing as Link both in World of Light and online matches. I did play a bit as Simon and I really like how he plays.

He just plays as the best all around for me. Mario’s moves feel a little too imprecise. I don’t care for characters who use guns. Some are too slow moving.
That said Link is always a good choice as he combines both melee and ranged attacks. I like how they added the remote detonated bombs from BotW.
When playing with friends I'll often go for Mr. Game & Watch. He has some strong attacks and there's nothing like raining sausage death upon your friends below.
Possible Spoilers: Holy crap! Just when I thought I was finished! I should’ve seen this coming though since light and dark worlds are practically a Nintendo trademark. I was stumped as to why Archie said it took over thirty hours.

Just saw this now. I’ve just been obsessively collecting Spirits, I haven’t been online once yet. I’ll keep my eye out next time and maybe we can fight a few battles!

I also use Marth, Chrom, Ike, Robin, Corrin and Lemmy Koopa.
Those are who I use a lot. I haven't used all the characters yet. I only played once in a while where I verse my Nephew since it is his game he got for Christmas.
