Quick impressions with two games I already had installed.

VVVVVV:  No native support.  Didn't bother installing software to set up the controller.  I may do but it's an added bother I didn't want

Super Meat Boy:  Does have native support.  Works brilliantly.  Essentially like playing the game on the 360, but at a fraction of the price

Cool. I wish Steam had universal indicators of things like controller support, minimum specs etc... Seems like a trivial thing to address.

It's only just now that you can choose where to install the game. Baby steps, Aspro. Baby steps.

It does bro. Generally in the botomish right hand side of the screen of the games page it will tell you min/max specs, controller supported or not, steam achievments, etc. As per the thread title I use a wired 360 controller and it works fine. So far I have played Borderlands, Batman AC and Bit Trip Runner (off the top of my head) and it was very much a plug and play sorta thing.

Edit> Fuck im such a noob. Can anyone tell me how to quote someone properly?

I just got a couple fighting games for PC, and a cheap, but surprisingly decent, arcade stick to use with them. I'll probably mod it with superior parts at a later time.

Foolz, where in Au is a good online place to buy either a wireless 360 dongle for a PC?

I think they don't make official wireless 360 dongles for PC anymore, but: http://www.ozgameshop.com/xbox-360-accessories/microsoft-xbox-360-wireless-controller-for-windows-black-pc

Not having a 360 I've never really looked into it, so don't really know what I'm talking about, though.

EDIT: Thanks again, I just ordered it from them.

^That's cool. You always seem to have a good handle for Au online retailers so figureed I'd ask.

Well, if you can't remember them I can list the sites that are generally reliable/cheap.
