I only tried the first two levels, mostly to get stuff downloaded and install it all. This is a PS3 game, they didn't even try on the PS4. It seems to have all the same issues that have plagued LBP from the start. I had slowdown during a tutorial. Production values are not there.

Seems more of the same with new additions that I have yet to reach, I sure it all makes for a great experience but I think the magic is gone for me. LBP is all about what you put in, if you dont engage in the create and community side your experience will be vastly different from others. I felt nothing while playing it, that could obviously change but who knows. LBP1 and 2 to a lesser extent were more moments of time of pure gaming bliss, not so much the game itself being a masterpiece. Its the same with PSO, those DC years were magical, but it was a moment of time, I cant play PSO and enjoy it again.

So I guess its meh.

I'll get it for the kid, but not for another month or so. Hopefully that will give the creator community some time to make something impressive. And only for the PS3 (the fact that I don't have a PS4 has nothing to do with it.
