Anyway, onto the topic at hand. I was just looking at the Wii U game pre-orders page at Gamestop, and there are 7 games available for pre-order for the first half of this year. I'm going to be buying 3 out of those 7 games. Nintendo = failure. No other proof is needed.

If Wii U had comparble power to PS4 and 360 and retained the IR remote controller+ then they would be doing just fine. if not better than the 2nd tier player. Delay Launch until the others come out (ie Black Friday 2013).

However, since we lack DeLoreans, drop the pad, pack in a pro-controller, let people find their own Wii-Mote+ (if they have one left over support it). Market the fuck out of the M+ dongle and Nintendo is right there.

Eat R&D expenses of mapping gamepad to pro-controller for existing games and drop the Gamepad, sell it with pro-controller, promote wii-mote compatibility and drop royalty rates, along with RRP, since now you don't have the pad to pay for,

Your install base will be pissed, so just do the same thing you did with the 3ds loyalty program, a bunch of shit you couldn't sell anyway.

Leave 3ds alone, don;t pursue mobile, and if you do, only in Japan.
