I won't be getting this on launch, but definitely will play it later on. I haven't really played many of the Metroid games. I played some original Metroid back on the NES as a kid when we rented it, and played through most of Super Metroid on Switch, but that's really it.
I may get it today if I end up around Best Buy.

I love the Metroid series because I think exploration games are my favorite.
Sounds like it turned out great. Will be picking up a copy myself today from my local Best Buy or Walmart.

Just picked up a copy of the game at my local Best Buy.
I have a Best Buy one mile from my house. I haven't been there in 3 or 4 years. I used to go every weekend. Heh.
I think Walmart has it for 50 on launch day. I realize this is late info but I just read it.

Best Buy is the best place to buy. 
I bought a fridge from there, but it was one on the showroom and had a tiny dent. I think it was fairly cheap. Then I moved to a new house and never used that fridge again. So...not sure what my point was but you can get them at Best for a decent price.
Well we used it and moved shortly after. Lol We didn't realize we would buy a new house so soon.

It's been almost 20 years since the last fully original 2D Metroid game, the last being Fusion. Tomorrow Metroid 5 finally comes out and ends the original l saga. Reviews are great, it's Metroid, the king coming back to reclaim the throne, let's hope it's worthy.
