i find this game  so much better then 2 with chararcters, story, gameplay its a shame that the series became great at the end of it and  it took me around 20 hours to complete it, i had one freeze dering story mode close to the end but i got some hardcore lag at the final part of the story mode but i think its just because there was so much going on on the screen that it couldn't take it

I am over 30 hours in and still in the middle I would say. I LOVE how alive the ship feels in this game. Every character has something new to say after every mission. They also move about, they start conversations with each other and inquire about what is currently going on. These moments are amoung my favorite of the game. There is a finality to it all, Bioware has done an excellent job making it feel like this is the end of the line and everyone is ready to give their life for the end.

MINOR SPOILERS

I loved the awesome scene between Garrus and Shepard on the citadel, I let him win the shooting contest and it was hilarious. Such a great moment, I consider the two of them to be the closest friends in the series, no one has followed Shepard through more, so great to give them that moment.  And to think you can ignore Garrus in ME1 and get him killed in ME2,  I cant imagine what the game would be like.

I was thinking the same thing about this.  I'm still under 20 hours, but I feel as though I'm just scratching the surface.  To be sure, main mission quests are caled "priorities, " right?  I want to stay away from those as much as possible.   I was sidequesting all day today.  I love the quests so much, such a feeling of accomplishment when I finish one.  There's some badass enemies in this universe.

Minor spoiler**

About the Garrus/ Shepherd scene, I won, but wished  I let Garrus win.  That sounds much cooler.

i loved the ;color:rgb(255,255,255);font-family:'DejaVu Sans', openvera, verdana, Calibri, 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;font-size:16px;line-height:24px;">Garrus and Shepard part and i let garrus win because to me he will always be the best sniper in the game, but the talk with garrus and james on the normandy was just the best

And this would have to be one of the greatest sentences.

Well no ME3 for me for 4 days. Sad

This sucks, especially for such a story driven game. Its like stopping the epic end to a movie trilogy that you have been watching and having to resume in 4 days.

If I did get it then it would probably be one of the worst, though.

Vader, since you'll be gone for a while, you might want to check out the ME iOs game.  I've read that you can transfer war assets to your PS3 game.

I'm trying to avoid story missions, but I'm at a point where I have to to open up more galaxies to play in.  Some of these firefights are pretty intense.

Major things went down today since I was kind of forced to move the story along to open new areas.  I'm 27 hours into this, level 49 and am seeing some incredible gameplay here, just intense firefights everytime.

Major spoilers..........

Major spoilers

Testing this out.

So I freed the Geth from slavery, free of control from the Reapers, and they are pissed.  Holy shit, what a moment that was, facing down a Reaper on Rannoch, essentially a Hammer of Dawn-type battle.

...And FINALLY!  I've been trying desperately to get this Shepherd laid..Liara? No go.  Traynor? Not interested.  Cortez? Not friendly enough yet.   Once I took down that Reaper, the reporter was all too eager. Nyaa

Yay!  This "spoiler tag" worked!

^ That is where I left off, it was so awesome. I was so scared of making a choice at that point, too much going on, lots of pressure, thankfully it all worked out.  I commited to Liara which means Shepard cant bone any other chick, damn it.

I am going to play some more right now but I did play for like an hour. I dont know how I should judge these games cause I dont know what to compare it too. It had very nice graphics, the ipad screen is huge so its very impressive. It has good ideas, basically they turned ME into a straight action game. There is a combo meter for chaining kills and using a variety of weapons in that chain. You have a charge move and a super slide attack so you can move around the battlefield quickly. Each small firefight gets graded like an action game which gives you more money to buy upgrades which is where you level up your character like ME but with a lot more options.

That said trying to make this a faster action oriented game with controls like the ipad has is a bad idea. Trying to do a slide into a shooting combo is such a mess. Trying to mix all sorts of powers and shots is a pain. The story seems pretty basic. The voice acting sounds like it is something from the mid 90s. Good idea bad execution so far.
