Nothing dirty please! Nyaa

Well, here's something about me:

I'm a HUGE NBA fan.

I follow up on it every season and just love basketball. My favorite team is the Lakers and my favorite players are Dwight "Superman" Howard and Steve Nash.

It's funny when I'm around my fellow nerdy artists/comic buddies. They're all geeks like me and only talk about comics, anime, manga, movies, games, etc. But I'm the only one who tries to talk about sports and they all look at me like they have no idea what I'm talking about! LOL

That's one thing I'm kind of proud of around my circle of nerdy art/anime friends. I enjoy sports and love the NBA while they don't. It makes me feel manly! LOL!

Huh. That's funny. I wasn't into sports in high school which put me in a certain nerdy clique I guess( although I ran our radio station for awhile which redeemed me somewhat) and then when I was in art school  I was interested in hockey when was not at all intellectual enough for some. This isn't my interesting comment though - I'll try to think of something freakish.

I have muscular back pain which has manifested itself over the past couple of years.

It's started to hurt, all the time. It's very painful.

I dislike most music that contains vocals. Nothing more irritating than having perfectly good music destroyed by loud bellowing idiots.

Dont know the cause, probably bad posture and a weakening of the muscles.

I use all sorts of devices, wheat bags, hot water bottles, back extenders, massagers, daily pain relievers.

Been seeing a physio recentely and doing excercises, for about 6 weeks or so. It doesn't seem to help.

The only things that are of any interest, I've already said likely multiple times before.  I guess the most interesting thing is that I'm not at all interesting.

Well, maybe I can just say that I started playing violin recently, but at my age, without any musical background, it's not really good ^^'

I'm a huge Lakers fan too, though in recent years I've come to dismiss the NBA because of the poor and subjective officiating.  Now I'm more into MLB (Angels, Cubs fan).

Yoga? Or would your exercises be the same thing? And upper or lower?

wow, i thought i was the only one here that felt that way.  human voices are very ugly (especially white men's voices) and putting vocals is so very limiting.  i also really don't understand how people can listen to crap because they "like the words".  it's ridiculous.

i also for the most part dislike "real" instruments in anything except classical (sometimes jazz as well).  most humans can't keep time anywhere near as well as a computer program.

I tried that with piano/keyboard.  Kinda fizzled out.

human voices ugly...vocals limiting...'words'...humans inferior to computer program....

It's like you're doing an onion article!

So, not a beatbox or tom waits guy then. I'm the opposite. I can't stay focused on a lot of music without vocals, it's kind of weird.

That's called metal.

You do know there's an option between terrible and none, right?

Apparently there isn't. Sad

Children, our lives have been gongs striking; clamour and boasting; cries of despair; blows on the nape of the neck in gardens.
