Yeah I ended up passing on Sticker Mario as well. I enjoyed the Mario RPG games and was looking forward to it at first but by time the reviews came out it just didn't sound like the type of Mario RPG game I was hoping it would be.
I don't think i even read the reviews, I just saw that in screens there didn't seem to be anything new looking, so I passed on it. I think I'll have to try it out eventually.
You guys missed out. Sticker Star is excellent. It's a departure, to be sure, but definitely one of the better 3DS titles.

I found myself so close to buying Paper Mario 3DS several times, but I still haven't done so. I counted Paper Mario as one of my most favourite IPs but seriously ... no EXP or leveling up? No partners to travel with? How is this a Mario RPG? Makes me not want it.
