You made mistake of answering the question. At this stage I think it's fair to say Aspro is actually some sort of astroturf marketing/survey campaign aimed at gathering information about the older gaming demographic.
At the moment I play a game every day for about 20 minutes while eating breakfast. It makes progress slow, but at least it's consistent; it's also limiting on the type of games I can play. If I have a chance I will play other games when I can give them more of my attention, but that is often quite rare these days.
I play games every single day for at least a few hours. Got nothing else to do. Except university, but I'm unmotivated because I haven't been on campus in more than a year. But I'm doing very well, so it doesn't matter too much. It's just a cycle of university work, relax, university work, relax. Funny, though, I barely played anything in my first year (2019).

I second this motion.
I hardly game at all. Some week I'll manage to play online with a friend on Friday for about 3 hours. Besides that I can steal 15 minutes here and there throughout the week and that's basically it.
Occasionally I'll break that cycle with a longer more story focused game, but when I do that I almost stopped playing completely for a while afterwards. Short and quick play time is more or less my habit now.
If I could I'd play 3-4 hours a day, perhaps more.
As it is the best I get away with is 20-30 minutes about every other day.
This last month I've been able to play maybe ... 12 hours. I am mostly focussed on retor games PS3 era and before. Again, if I could I'd play 3-4 hours a day minimum.
Maybe like 1-3 hours a week at most? Depending on when a game interests me or not.
For as little as 20 mins up to several hours.
Or on and off the whole day in tiny segments.
Here's my attempt at an Aspro-like question. Generally how often do you play games? And how long are your sessions?
For decades I played games just about every day, usually for 2-3 hours on work days; longer on weekends and holidays. Over the last 6-7 years, I've slowed down quite a bit. I rarely play on work days (I'm often too tired after taking care of my responsibilities) and when I do, it's something quick and simple like Tetris. Weekends are my game time: Saturday and Sunday. Going 4-5 days without playing does make it difficult to finish games but I've never been one to focus on game completion much anyway.
