I also have a shrinkwrapped copy of Darksiders. It would be fun if we 3 played through it. Let me know.
I have a copy on the way, if you guys can hold off for a couple of weeks.
Couple weeks from now sounds nice. I'm starting CivCity Rome again because it doesn't have cloud support.
Red Faction: Guerilla. This one has been on my wish list for a while, and it was only $16, so it was time. I remember people wuite enjoying this a couple of years ago, so I wanted to check it out. Will force me to go back and finish the first two.
Just bought:
Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise -- Just wanted a Sim Style game. Could never find it in stores before; looked on Amazon and they wanted CRAZY money for it (some vendors were over $100!). Walked into a Sears today and there it was! Couldn't resist and it was only $19.96!
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts -- Supposed to have immensely funny dialogue, mostly poking fun at Banjo and Kazooie as failed videogame characters --BUT-- also taking knocks at Rare as developers themselves! So far the humor does. NOT. disappoint! Besides all of this, I was just in the mood for a game that was all about gathering parts for your own personal creations, tinkering around in a game world, creating things with your own imagination... You know BUILDING things with your own ideas... and I couldn't think of a single other game coming out any time in the near future that would possibly satisfy my craving for creativity!
WTF why is VP: TiP so expensive? At any rate, I love those two games, I hope you enjoy it. I might get back to them sometime. Got a bit burned out while trying to get the Flutterscotch Master Breeder award. When I was playing it, I used to have one garden for land pinatas, one for aquatic ones, and a third one for insect pinatas and flora. It's a pretty cool game with kickass art design, very relaxing as long as you don't obsess over getting all of them like some Pokémon variant.

To be honest, I have no idea! I've never seen Crackdown in stores since I bought my 360, I went on Amazon and got it for something like $14. I've never seen VP in stores since getting my 360; I went to Amazon, expecting to see similar prices to Crackdown and was SHOCKED to see the lowest price at something like $75! There was NO WAY I was paying THAT much for it. I am thinking stores cleaned out their backstock to put into stores for Christmas and now these stores have their left-overs out. I walked into Sears and there it was! I went back to Amazon today, just out of curiosity, and the prices have dropped DRAMATICALLY! The lowest price is now $44.95...
...but THEN AGAIN... HOLY CRAP! There's a vendor on there selling it for $299.99 ! ! !
YOU'RE GETTING IT?!
I thought you were dead set against it without playing the first?
Very, very cool! VERY good decision!!
It uses the Mass Effect 3 engine --AND-- I am insanely curious about the whole "Comic" Choose Your Own Adventure Intro, detailing the events of the first game!
It may actually come to pass that I own two different console's versions of the same game!

That was before the oppertunity of a free game presented itself. I was getting Castlevania even though I knew it would drop in price very soon. Just now cause of the IGN review I realized ME2 comes out tomorrow as well. I hate that I will experience the story of the first game like this but this is too good a deal to pass up.
OMG I have become giddy over ME2. The way I deal with not having a 360 and missing out on so many great games is that I dont think about it. I try not visit many impression threads. If I dont ay attention to it, it doesn't hurt. But I have always known that Mass Effect is the one game that I wanted a 360 over all others. By ignoring it I have allowed myself to have the willpower to wait for it.
Now that it is so close and I will be playing it soon all this wave of emotion is coming over me. I WILL PLAY MASS EFFECT 2!! WOOOO!! LBP2 is still going to take up most of my time and i still need to finish RDR so it maybe a week or so before I begin. I have way too much to play.
I have a copy that I haven't played yet either. Maybe we'll start at about the same time.
