Sorry Aspro, I'm gonna rag on you and me for a minute. This moment doesn't stand out to me because I was triumphant. It stands out because I started the match thinking I knew this map like the back of my head. I started off to the left, did a roll, thinking I'll roll off the cliff onto a lower cliff. The only problem was there was no lower cliff. I was in the wrong spot. Now Aspro, I guess he assumed I knew what I was doing, followed right behind me. He went to the left, did a roll a plummeted to his death.
Those five seconds of blunders and stupidity (on my part) were pure gaming bliss. I can't explain it, I just loved the stupidity of it. Especially the fact that Aspro followed me ( tee-hee).
How can I categorize every moment I've played Borderlands 2 online with you? I went from not wanting to play online EVER, to playing regularly!

Finishing that Hyperion Circle of Slaughter twice with only me left in the actual arena was VERY cool. The first time was pretty much a lifetime gamer moment because of the intensity of it all. Bad-Ass Loaders and Constructors and all! I was thanking my lucky stars I had help from above on that one...
...yeah. Jesus is my homeboy! **Not really!**
...
...
...and you on the walkway with your sniper rifle probably helped a tiny bit too!

Last night our game with Chickenfeet was cool too. Him requesting help and me being all bad-ass and surviving on my own thru the end again was awesome! Truth be told I may as well have been on GodMode with us both being so over-levelled for a 'Normal' game! Of course, we were then completely and utterly smacked down by Terramorphus... but it was fun while it lasted!
I don't play a lot of multiplayer games, but from my MMORPG days I had some good ones. My favorite was in EverQuest. There was a city where Wood Elves lived that was entirely built in the trees. There were bridges that would take you from one platform to another. Most of the bridges were very high up and if you tried to jump off you would usually die, unless you were in one of the rare spots where a bridge was within jumping distance to the ground. So normally you have to take one of 2 or 3 elevators to get from the town to the ground and waiting for one could be a pain in the butt. So the result was most people tried to find the low spots on the bridge. The only other way off was for Clerics who could cast a very brief invulnerability spell that lasts 10 seconds and they could then jump from any bridge and fall the the ground without taking damage. And therein lies our story.
One day I'm in the elvin city and I'm ready to leave. Fortunately I am a cleric so I cast my invulnerability spell, walk off the bridge, and land without a bit of damage. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention to the crowd of people around me who didn't realize I had cast a spell and assumed I had jumped from a low spot. What occured next was something out of Lemmings. 6 or 7 other people started jumping from that same spot and each one fell to their death. Funny to watch, but I felt a bit guilty about their XP loss.
I love how we helped each other, bailed each other out of tight spots. I knew when I died ( a lot), you would help your poor partner. It's such a gratifying experience running through those arenas. All the late hours spent giving it "one more try" again and again. I loved it when Smerlus was in the arena by himself and we were on the top floor providing back up. And when we finally won after hours, even days of trying, we did the happy dance!
Lol Robio.
Random one that is part of my mythology:
Playing a game of Gunbound with people I knew from a forum who were all obnoxious, getting the worst vehicle, and single handedly killing every single one of them. Glorious.
Recent one:
Making a podcat while playing Resident Evil 5.
I had some good times with some folks around here playing UC2 this year. But my US3 games were bums because for whatever reason, wheter I hosted or guested I killed the games. Which sucks, because I loved UC2 multiplayer.
I played RE5 with Foolz this year, that was pretty much the best. I had some fun in Borderlands with vader too, but he was a lot underleveled than I, so I am guessing it was less fun for him.
Sorry if I am missing anything else, pretty tired, self-medicated and sore right now.

Yeah Animal Crossing all the way. I remember when me, Steel and I think Raven and someone else met at winter one year. I built a snowman and Steel was running about like a maniac, so excited to see everything. And then we went to my pad and chilled in front of the giant robot tv. So cool.
Also Bugs and me on Animal Crossing, we met up a lot looking about.
Otherwise, I guess Goldeneye N64 with my bro. We would use proximity mines and lay traps for each other. Also diddy kong racing we were constantly breaking and setting new time trial records for eachother. And when I was younger my friend came over and we had a SF2 round of matches to win a trophy, the trophy being a Dino Riders action figure. The celebration was hilarious.
Hanging around with GG in Animal Crossing. Back when we had the piggy flu outbreak I had my animal crossing dude wear a facemask. He also tried sneaking in bed with my wife, but I had already prevented her of the charm and suave behaviour of british gentlemen.
Playing Halo 3 MP back when it was released with a bunch of Gamespot dudes, including Archie and GodMode. After some matches Marcus Antonius and I played the campaign and got stuck in the water in one of the early levels. We coudn't do anything else but jump vertically like fucking dolphins while being shot at by covenant guys.
Uncharted 2 MP of course. Too many awesome moments to count.
Oh yeah playing with Steels family too, that was fun, his wife was online a lot. We were constantly trying to offload turnips.SteelAttack said:Hanging around with GG in Animal Crossing. I liked meeting vader briefly on city folk if only to see his reactions.

That was awesome.
Pretty much everytime I play online with you guys it is hilarious and awesome.
The summer we played Uncharted Beta online together was a lot of fun, Anytime we get together for halo is fun (Watch out for steel though he will run you over) playing coop in borderlands with Leo and Travo was awesome..... so many good times it's hard to think of one in particular.

I really miss that! Maybe we could do an online multiplayer UC3 night?
Uncharted matches where I accidentally throw a grenade and kill my entire team right at the start. Our Uncharted days were incredible. Steel nude power for the win.
-Gear of War Horde Mode. I was in love with all Gear's 3 multiplayer modes for a few months. In this one, you fight wave after wave of enemies with four of your buddies. I happened to be playing with Dez, his brother, Snack, Metamania and S0lid. We had been trying, unsuccessfully, for a couple of nights to get to the final wave of enemies. Somehow, we made it to wave 50 and were extremely pumped. Dez's brother was clearly the better player and actually helped through many of the tough situations that we were faced with. Our final wave consisted of only one enemy, a mother corpser, a building sized boss that moved very fast around the map. We didn't seem too worried, that is until the game glitches on Snack. His character got stuck in the geometry, behind some sand bags. If you heard all of the chaos over the mics, you would have thought the president had been shot. We were all in a panic running around the map. We finally won, Dez's brother got loose, achievement accomplished. I'm not sure it would have been as memorable if not for one of the players getting stuck during the final, intense battle. I think I even died and still received the achievement.
