Think of Zelda while you're trying some of the archery and sword play in Wii Sports Resort," Miyamoto say.

7:04 p.m.: "We'd like to make it compatible with Wii MotionPlus. It's quite possible it will be playable only with Wii MotionPlus."

7:03 p.m.: Shows new illustration for the next Zelda for Wii. Nothing to show yet, but it shows an adult link. More grown up than ever before.

Miyamoto wins E3.

That sucks. I was hoping for a return to the Wind Waker style. Sad

You and....well just you. Nyaa

and me too Sad  i was also hoping for a cel-shaded game.  especially after the beauty that is the red steel 2 recent shots and footage.  it also makes the system look less graphically inferior.

oh well beggars can't be choosers

I blame Spirit Tracks, and GG.

I wanted a cel-shaded Wind Waker...

...without the grotesque aberration of character design that The Wind Waker used.

---

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobile

OMG! SMG 2 looks amazing.  It looks like it could top the original.  I think Nintendo won just because of this trailer, but they also showed a Team Ninja Metroid so there is no doubt.  What a surprise that was.

Young Samus rocks.  She has Ryu's moves and the typical Metroid exploration?  Who thought of this?

The more I see of this Metroid game the more I think: What the hell is this?

Jaded, war weary link with a viking beard and grey hair. Awesome.

Awesome! A new Zelda game is coming for the Wii. Too bad it's likely quite a ways away though.

Out in 2010 they say Grinning

I didn't think it was possible to suck as much as the Zelda hating Beaver. But apparently, it is!

Konami conference time, get in here everyone!

I assume Castlevania will be shown. More on MGS of course. They say they have groundbreaking stuff.

Blogs on every site. GS http://e3.gamespot.com/story/6210520/konami-e3-2009-press-conference-liveblog-starts-3-pm-pdt

Fun fact: the box that the two Snakes climb into together says "Love Pack" on the side.

Fun Fact part 2, that is the same name Steel and Leo call themselves.

MGS: PW is set 10 years after MGS3, it is a TRUE sequel. Again Kojima stressing that this is the real MGS5 or MGS3 part 2.

Kojima is writing the script and directing/producing Peace Walker. The main MGS4 team is working on this title.

Time for Rising. Showing trailer, same one. This is the "next series of Metal Gear" for the next-gen consoles, whatever that means.

"This is a stealth espionage action game, but the main character will be Raiden.

Damn.You are too quick.

Wouldn't this make the first Castlevania game to not be developed by an internal Konami team?

Whoa. I just had a 500 moment. What the hell is that ASCII?

Anyway, a quote from Kojima on Storms:

"It's like the current status of our real lives. What I'm trying to say is that it's all stormy and windy, but we're all in the entertainment business and need to work together to clear it up."

In an unrelated note, I have a feeling the translator fellow from the Sony conference while Kaz was talking about GT PSP could become this years Ravi Drums.
