Surprisingly, GTA V has become comfort food lately. I revisit Uncharted multiplayer many times throughout the year so that as well. Now I want to play it again.
The Saboteur is surprisingly relaxing for me to play too. Just something about walking through the streets of Paris and WW2 era France that's quite pleasant, even if I have to occasionally kill a nazi.
For me it’s generally some kind of short arcade type of game like Final Fight and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game.

I can't even find TMNT. I purchased it years ago on the 360, but now it's gone.

That sucks. I made sure to keep my downloaded games saved on the HDD of my 360. I know they say you can redownload stuff you’ve purchased if it ever gets delisted but I don’t trust that.
Tetris (any format), Rocket League, Yakuza, any SNES, Dreamcast game. Hot Shots Golf (any).
Frogger and especially Demon Attack on Atari 2600.
Back in the day it was any Sim City or any sim game at all really but I've not had time to focus like that for about 6 years now. If I could just live alone and not have to work I am pretty sure simulation games, RTS, 2000-2010 era FPS and 1994-2016 RPG's would be what I did 18 hours a day.
Tetris99, Splatoon, any Mario game.
Psychonauts 2 was pure comfort food as well.
Stardew Valley, maybe Minecraft
Super Mario Bros. (NES) is my most played super Mario games. While I consider most Super Mario games comfort food, I go back to this game the most often, especially when I'm feeling down.
Gameboy Tetris and Tetris DS are great stress relievers for me; having some control over chaos in Tetris gives me refief during stressful times.
More recently, Zelda Breath of the Wild. I love just exploring that huge world. I can spend hours in that game accomplishing nothing and still enjoy myself. Climbing a tall mountain and looking out over the vast landscape, and then hang gliding off it is just a lot of fun.
